Okay, I have a question, are there any pro recorded videos of her recent concerts? I haven't seen any after her Winter Magic album release...(I mean like this BBC videos and all) Ofcourse they would shoot the whole program right? For TV and stuff? That way those who didn't have the opportunity to visit the concert, can atleast listen and watch the concert in full quality....I would love to see some pro videos of Mary did you know of this concert....

Hi Simba, Yes there are. The recordings from the BBC Songs of Praise Big Sing at the Royal Albert Hall have been posted here in the last few days. This was broadcast on TV on Boxing Day (although it was recorded in September). See hwi.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Media&thread=5609&page=2#127565The day before that was recorded, Hayley performed in "The Angel and the Fallen" at Salisbury Cathedral, and a DVD was made ofthe show. It was commercially available in the UK only for a while, dont know if it still is. The quality of the video is rather limited, but the sound quality id excellent, and Hayleys voice sounds more natural to me than on any other recording that I have. The thread about this concert, which includes information about the video is at hwi.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Concert&action=display&thread=5384Martin D

Simba, you'll find a "pro-recorded" version of Mary Did You Know on youtube, from her Live from New Zealand DVD, and one from Songs of Praise at the Royal Alber Hall, from the same time period. There is also a performance from Cardiff in 2006, Christmas Presence, combined with 2 other songs. That's on HWI's youtube channel, as well as a couple other recordings from that show. And last year, Hayley performed Little Drummer Boy on a TV broadcast. Here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bHjfZCtehW0And the videos last year by Martin and some others are good, too. Martin has O Holy Night and Love Came Down at Christmas, which I enjoy very much.

Thanks guys for your answers but I meant, pro videos of Hayley's concerts, I mean the Christmas Wishes tour and all that XD LOL...And I've listened to every other Mary did you know, but I meant the one she sang recently, I couldn't imagine how awesome it would sound with her more mature voice, and way of interpreting things now And Martin's videos are amazing indeed, they are of top quality, Hayley's voice is still bold and strong in his videos, haha.

Awww and last videos? No Mary did you know T_T? Unfortunately no... During the first half, I only recorded two songs because I wanted to enjoy at its most Hayley's performance and also because I was afraid I would be discovered by security... During the second half, I recorded more songs because I gained more confidence i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Hi all! To answer some questions, because it has been asked, and to clarify a little because it could have surprised you... On the first photo of Hayley and me Grant posted, Hayley is taller than me while on the second...I'm taller than her...! Actually, in reality, the tallest is...Hayley! On the second photo, if I'm taller, it's because I'm wearing high heels, while Hayley, when the two photos were taken, was wearing none. I couldn't say exactly how tall she is, but I base my estimate on all the photos of her and me together: I'm 1,67m / 5'479'', so Hayley should be around 1,73m / 5'676''. Juliette

Another memory of the concert to share with you and that should interest the European fans... We were a lot to wait at the backstage door, so when Hayley showed up, a cloud of people were seeking Hayley - among them, Rhydian's fans, who already had a long time with Rhydian just before. So Rhydian is not enough?? They have to take Hayley from us as well?? They want everybody, don't they?! When I had the opportunity to reach Hayley, I only asked for an autograph to not monopolize her too much and let their time to the other Rhydian's HAYLEY's fans. During this time, the HWIers introduced me to Sara Cox, Hayley's manager, a very lovely person. As the cloud started to disappear, the crowd began to be strictly made of Hayley's fans, actually nearly only made of HWIers... i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI thought: 'Why not asking for another photo with Hayley?'. But then Hayley was doing something else. As I was trying to get her attention, Sara Cox, who was standing just beside me, helped me a little The photo was taken and then Sara started to say to Hayley that I was from Lyon (How could she remember? I think I mentioned it to her once or twice only ). Hayley put her finger under her mouth and wonder, out loud: 'Have I ever been to Lyon? .... Hmm .... I don't think so...' I answered that she should because it's a beautiful town, and I added that she could do some concerts here. She then exclaims, poiting at Sara: 'Manager!', adding her own and distinctive giggle to that exclamation. And she added that she would really like to tour in Europe. So... The word has been passed... Hopefully, we'll be able to have her in Europe as well, with the new album coming out. Fingers crossed...! Juliette

@ Juliette merci beaucoup mon ami Your contribution to this thread has been outstanding, Your first Hayley concert and you also managed to capture most of it for the rest of us who were unable to attend. Thank you very much for bringing our shining star into our homes for us for Christmas X X X Juliette, Sometime in the future, maybe many years from now, you will come back to this thread and will read it all over again, It will be all the more amazing to you then, when some of the little details will have slipped from your memory into the mists of the past..........

Hi Juliette,
I can only endorse what Paul has said. Today I put together my Hayley Yearbook CD for 2010, something I do every year. It is made from recordings of Hayley's live performances, and this year it owes a lot to you. In fact because Hayley was slow starting this year, half of the album is from her Christmas shows.
But when I listen to all those tracks from the Barbican together, the excitement builds, and something of the atmosphere that must have been present at that concert comes across. I don't think it was quite like that at Birmingham. I must get to a Barbican concert sometime -I actaully had tickets for one once but it was cancelled - that was the year when Hayley fell ill.
So thank you once again for recording so much of it. It was really too much to expect of someone at their first Hayley concert.

Hi everyone! Thank you very much to you all for your nice comments! It is a real pleasure to share all of it with all of you I have one last video to share with you. However, I didn't upload this one on youtube... It is River. The video is quite shaking because I have to confess that I was so happy to have that second encore that my heart was beating so fast!! So I had to find a good position to have the camera still but it wasn't easy...! And when Hayley couldn't remember the lyrics, I shouted them out just a little bit... Ok, honestly, completely i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif It made the girl seating next to me laugh! It's quite strange, I don't sing like that usually, it is the emotion, I was so happy to have that second encore!! So please, be indulgent towards my performance! And enjoy this second encore, special surprise for the Barbican concert!!!!!! www.mediafire.com/?dy9e0m0598h5ua1Lots of love, Juliette
