Hi everyone ,this is my first post on the forum. I phoned the Portsmouth box office ,and the reason they gave for the cancellation was poor ticket sales .They said only 200 tickets had been sold . In fact they said the whole tour would be cancelled, but I contacted Cardiff, and at the moment they are going ahead . It is very frustrating ,especially for those who travel .

Hi Mike and welcome to the forum.
Very disappointing to read that ticket sales have been poor for this tour, but we still don't have confirmation that that is the reason for the cancellation of several concerts. In fact, I posted yesterday that Hayley herself doesn't appear to know about the cancellation of the Wolverhampton concert at least!
Best wishes Grant

Hello everyone
Disappointing as these cancellations are, I have to say I have been impressed with the way the venues have handled the cancellations themselves.
Blackburn actually sent a confirmation of refund to my credit card with their letter and Portsmout have also confirmed that credit cards will be credited or refund cheques issued.
Wolverhampton was the only venue requesting tickets be returned - no doubt because they use an independant box office - I did as they requested straight away and have already had a 'phone call confirming receipt and that my card will be credited.
I just hope we don't hear of more cancellations in the days to come!
Best wishes Grant

Hi Libby, I have been there myself, twice, Hayley concerts I had tickets for were canceled. But in my case, all it cost me was a day of my annual holiday allowance and the booking fee. Martin D Hi Martin I am surprised that the booking fee was not refunded. If the ticket seller is a member of STAR (Society of Ticket Agencies and Retailers)the booking fee has to be refunded. If tickets had been posted then that cost may not be refunded. Portsmouth Guildhall is refunding the cost of my ticket and my booking fee.I had elected to pick up my tickets from the Box Office. When I booked for the Celtic Woman concert at The Royal Albert Hall I recived a complete refund including the cost of ticket postage. The big tickets Agencies such as Ticketmaster and SEE will refund the booking fee if a concert is cancelled. cheers Tony

Hi Larry!
I'm sad to hear that cancellations of concerts continue and that you're another victim of these cancellations. After the Buxton desaster I swore myself that I wouldn't buy another concert ticket before her album is released. An investment into a journey is too uncertain at the moment unless you live in the UK. I hope the other concerts you've booked won't be affected.
Best wishes, Thomas

Hi Thomas Obviously Bedlam is completely incompetent. There are many competent promoters in the U S and we rarely have to put up with this shoddy kind of scheduling. I may just not come back to thee U K as this isn't the first time I've been burnt.

Hi Larry,
As Dave mentioned above, we hope to discover what lead to these cancellations.
My best wishes, Joe

That doesn't change the fact that the Brits wouldn't honor there armed forces for the great things they did. I'm sure Winston Churchill would be ashamed that enough of his country would not support their efforts. And I believe the U S may have had a part in the conflict. I'm coming to honor my dad who served in the conflict. Shame on those who wouldn't take this opportunity to honor the forces that saved the free world. Larry
