Last Sunday, my own county, Armagh, won the All-Ireland Football title for only the second time, beating Galway by one point at Croke Park.
Our local area was represented with three players in the squad, including the captain, who lifted the Sam Maguire trophy following the win.
Needless to say, the celebrations haven’t stopped since the win, and the joy the win has brought to the local area, and the whole county has been amazing.
For those unfamiliar with Gaelic Football and All-Ireland final day, here’s a short video:
Here are the frantic last five minutes, if you’re interested:

Well this is a bit random but I thought I'd mention that yesterday, 11th. November, was the first time this month that we saw the sun here in my part of central southern England.
10 day total hours of sunshine here - nil. 10 day total hours of sunshine at Bournemouth Airport (official weather station) - 0.5 (including 8 consecutive days with zero). Yesterday and today's sunshine - finally - was a bit of a shock to the system! Dullness records were broken.

! Dullness records were broken. I have to disagree Dave. These records have been broken throughout this year by Kier Starmer! 😂😂

One thing America will not be for the next 4 years is dull ! Or vaccinated! There is no reason whatsoever to believe such a thing.

After watching this year's Royal Festival of Remembrance I decided to search for previous performances at this festival on YouTube. This is one of my all time favourites, hoping that Hayley returns to singing in the future and puts in another appearance at this event-she was absolutely amazing! youtu.be/YvraPF9zrho?feature=shared

Yes Ade I remember Hayley at the Remembrance Service. Here's another performance from her, a popular Maori song with English words.

Forgive me for taking you seriously, but honestly there was no way for me to tell, especially in this day and age where everything is taken seriously and people get offended. Not to mention there are people out there now freaking out very seriously about, to use one of the MSM's favorite phrases, all of the "baseless claims" being made about the new administration. I.e., that the president elect is "literally Hitler", which is ridiculous, especially now that those who said that are moving on quite calmly. You would think that if Hitler II was about to take power, you wouldn't go out quietly into the sunset as if nothing was wrong. The problem is, many of their followers took it quite seriously, and are very upset and fearful. That's what happens when you believe everything the TV says. Vaccine proponents of course are now acting as if RFK Jr. is trying to destroy health, when in fact he's trying to make it better! Getting rid of all of the horrible chemical food additives is not a bad thing! In fact, it would be more like the food you have over there! Horror of all horrors!

Personally Libby I much prefer a US President who says he wants to stop a war rather than one who wants to escalate it ! It seems Joe Biden wants to leave with a parting shot, quite literally ! Talk about going out with a bang. Full disclosure: I must declare a financial interest here. I had a bet on Trump ! (I know a certainty when I see it).
