I'm not that surprised, since it's not Christmastime yet.
What is "Itsumo Nandodemo"?

What is "Itsumo Nandodemo"? Hi Libby, That's the song from the anime movie "Spirited Away"....it's the closing song on the soundtrack. "Itsumo Nandodemo" translates as "No Matter How Many Times". Here's a version on piano: www.youtube.com/watch?v=58neZWf6JP8Best wishes, Joe

Oh, you mean, Many Times Always. I admit, there are only a few songs on that album that I listen to on a regular basis.

Hello everyone The latest tweet from Hayley about 7 hours ago (around noon in Japan) So I guess that means Hayley is in Nagoya ready for tomorrow's concert. Best wishes Grant (who loves trains and is very envious!) Thanks Grant, I am a bit envious too !I know I called it Mag Lev before ie. ( magnetic levitation ) which I think is the French version of the same train ( I think ) could be wrong again ! But the rail is one part of the propulsion system and the train is the other, generating opposing and attracting magnetic fields in sequence to propel the train forward with amazing speed, almost no sound as the train is touching nothing but the magnetic field when it is traveling ( I could be wrong again ) Can anyone confirm the Bullet is Mag Lev ?

Hello Comet! As far as I'm aware, the Japanese bullet trains are not maglev at the moment. According to Wikipedia, maglev trains may be introduced between Tokyo and Nagoya by 2025. I'm sure Hayley's magnetism will levitate the audience in Nagoya in a few hours time, so they won't have to wait fifteen years or more for the train! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifPhew - back on topic! Hi Comet and Richard
As Richard says, The Bullet train or "Shinkansen" (which correctly refers to the track, not the train) is a more or less conventional train in the sense that it runs on rails but on a custom built railway. The nearest thing to it in Europe is the French TGV.
Shinkansen and TGV compete for world speed records (currently held by TGV) and TGV services are marginally faster at 191kph against 186kph for Shinkansen.
Best wishes Grant

Hello everyone Latest Tweet from Hayley about 8 hours ago This one confused me at first because according to Hayley's concert schedule today's concert is in Saitama which is a 40 minute drive from Tokorozawa! Turns out that although there is a Saitama City, Tokorozawa City is in Saitama Prefecture which I'm guessing is the Japanese equivalent of 'County' here in the UK. Phew! Glad I've sorted that out!! Best wishes Grant
