Hi Joe, Samon Promotions have a little advertisment of it on their website: www.samonpromotion.com/live/gala11/index.phpThere's also this: www.samonpromotion.com/live/hayley/index.phpI've gathered that the Christmas concerts are a goer because when I was doing all my Japanese digging, I read that they were handing out flyers for it at her River of Dreams concerts. They seem to have the same dates... I think the first one must be the festival and the rest are Hayley's solo Christmas concerts. Raven seem to be featuring, so maybe they'll be at Hayley's next series of concerts too? It's great to see that things must be going well over there. Click For Larger

Thanks for the details, Joe. Bedlam Management have now confirmed all five events but the names of the venues are slightly different. It is possible that they are alternative names for the same places though. These are the details exactly as I received them:
Oct - 11 Tokyo International Forum, Hall A, Music In The Air Crossover Music Festival Concert
Oct - 12 Kobe International House, International Hall, Japan Concert
Oct - 15 Shirakawa Hall, Nagiya, Japan Concert
Oct - 17 Tokorozawa Civic Cultural Centre, MUSE Ark Hall, Saitama, Japan Concert
Oct - 18 Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall , Japan Concert

Hi Jillian
That is interesting! She definitely says "Bringing a surprise with me" inferring that it's a 'someone' not a 'something.
Could it be her new friend Shin I wonder or maybe Sophie?
Don't you just love surprises?
Best wishes Grant

Could it be her new friend Shin I wonder or maybe Sophie? Don't you just love surprises? Best wishes Grant There's some interesting speculation on Twitter at the moment. Hayley was out to lunch today and one of the participants was Sophie. Both Drew and I have asked Hayley if this is sister Sophie but so far there has been no response. So Sophie W may be Hayley's guest in Taiwan and Japan - we will just have to wait and see! Best wishes Grant

Well, I'm not sure who Jan and Greg are either, and Jonathan Ansell was there too. He could also be the surprise, but the truth is we just don't know. Hayley likes to keep us guessing and loves to surprise and delight us. We shall just have to wait and see.

I don't know... to me, it is more possible that Hayley is planning something else with Jonathan. It is the beginning of university holidays here, so perhaps it is too for Sophie. Maybe she's on her break with Hayley in London and decided to come along for fun. The Japan concerts are in that last period of the university semester when assessment is due. To go on the concerts, Sophie would have had to deferred her studies. Of course, that's possible if she's decided to really make a go of the singing -- but we haven't heard anything about that. I'm placing my bets on something to do with Jonathan. It could be a song on Hayley's new album or touring together. It would be a good way to introduce Jonathan to the Asian market. Or maybe they just thought it would be fun to go out to lunch and now we've all got our knickers in a twist!

Hi Jillian, Well our mid-semester break was earlier in the month, and I'm sure it is the same at Otago Uni (That's where Sophie goes, right?). So I doubt Sophie is over there, but who knows! I agree that it is more likely something to do with Jonathan A. Jono

Ok. I think we're getting exciting about nothing! :rollin It was a contest to have lunch will Hayley and Jonathan which was won by Jan and her husband Greg. Perhaps Sophie was there? But I think it was more to do with the competition than anything.

Hi Jono,
I think you will find Sophie goes to Canterbury Uni Ilam, she was there last year so I would imagine her course is the same this year ( what's left of it)
cheers,
Rodders
