I'm looking forward to getting a tracklisting in English when some kind fan gets round to it so's Itunes can handle the titling. Look at page 10 in this thread for the English tracklistings. I haven't looked at the DVD yet, but the CD is absolutely fantastic.

Hi everyone.
Yesterday I was busy and it was too late to buy the CD. Today, I succeeded to finish my job quickly and bought HSJS2 on my way home from my office. My wife and I just enjoyed our dinner listening to HSJS2. Every meal tasted better tonight. My wife was amazed at Hayley's good pronunciation of the lullaby song “Nemunoki no Komoriuta”.
My English skill is limited but I almost can enjoy my life twice. Listening to original Japanese songs in the past once and now I can enjoy them again in English sung by Hayley. It is Hayley so that I can enjoy them more than twice, I'd say.
In the past, I used to enjoy Mother of Mine by Bill Parkinson sung by Japanese singer Saori Yuki in Japanese. I find it very nice again tonight understanding the original nuance of the lyrics. This alone is still a good harvest for me.
Best wishes. Maya

Not one copy of this album turned up on ebay prior to it's release. No promo versions , not even a sniff of it, and I was sniffing for it That was a well kept release date.

Hi Graeme, Dean & Maya I'm pleased you're all enjoying the new album - it's whetting my appetite I bought a copy for friends as well - over $90 for the two including delivery - and they've been "released from customs with a charge" I really hope it's as good as you say Kind regards Colin

My CD/DVD arrived today and it is every bit as good as promised but better. I detect a difference in the backing music and a change of tempo? The small label on the front refers to the Japanese Tour as "River of Dreams" and there is a list of the Japanese tour dates. Ron

Hello Drew and everyone I see from HW.com that HWSJ2 has already gone GOLD in Taiwan. And it isn't even 12 oclock yet. Congratulations Hayley. I bet it is gold in Derby too. WOW!! That is fantastic news "Congratulations Hayley - no one deserves it more!Best wishes Grant Ditto. That's incredible, Taiwan? Does that not indicate an even grreater wow factor from Japan? Peter S.

Hello everyone,
I need to inject a word or two of caution!
The Taiwan "Gold" seems to be for the original HSJS album, as some have pointed out (although there is no reason why HSJS2 shouldn't do the same). And in Taiwan, for an overseas artist, Gold is 7,000 copies shipped to the shops (which may or may not have all been sold to the public). We know that HSJS 1 initially shipped 75,000 copies in Japan and that it has sold something over 60,000 copies to the public, which is a very good sale for any foreign singer in Japan... and it is still selling, of course.
HSJS 2 has entered the official Oricon album daily chart at no 20 today, having climbed from somewhere below no. 30 yesterday. This is not as high as HSJS 1 was at this stage but of course, the promo may only just have started as Hayley only arrived this week. Let's hope for more climbing!
Cheers, Dave

I fully expect it to be the best album I have ever heard by a female singer. I will be disappointed if it isn't. And Hayley has never been known to disappoint me. No pressure then i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes, Graham Not at all, just quiet confidence in Hayley's ability. I have not heard another album by a female singer that I prefer to HSJS1, and this one will be better. Martin

Maya, is there some way for you to interpret the names of the songs? Thanks! Hi Libby. You are the quickest searcher! You do have a good sense of finding something important. Here they are. Japanese title / Reading in Japanese / English meaning 1. 蕾 / Tsubomi / A bud 2. 三日月 / Mikazuki / A crescent moon 3. 未来へ / Mirai e / To the future 4. ママへ / Mama e / To mother 5. LOVE LOVE LOVE / LOVE LOVE LOVE / LOVE LOVE LOVE 6. 秋桜 / Cosmos / Cosmos 7. 童神~ヤマトグチ~ / Warabigami / A child god 8. ママに捧げる詩 / Mama ni sasageru uta / Mother of mine (by Bill Parkinson) 9. いつも何度でも / Itsumo nando demo / Many times always 10. フラワー / Flower / Flower 11. ねむの木の子守歌 / Nemunoki no komoriuta / Singing a lullaby under the silk tree When the release was announced in January, there were 12 songs. But now there are 11 and the order is changed. Except Mother of mine, others are all Japanese songs. It is close to the midnight here. I must take shower and go to bed quickly so I will write some more tomorrow or soon. Hope this helps. Maya Thanks Dean for your reference to above & Maya for supplying the list with titling. Here's the result : Graeme

Hayley is up from 20 to 15 in today's Oricon (official) daily album chart... still lower than at this point with HSJS 1... but still climbing. Incidentally, the album title is being translated as "Bonds" on the Oricon charts site, and by one or two online retailers too (like Amazon). But the same sites translate the HSJS1 title as "Net to 21 years to meet Hayley Meets Japanese Songs" Dave

Let us know if either of you get caught up in the customs rigamarole I did! Hi Peter, I used EMS for HSJS2 and had no problems, I'm still waiting for my single but it was an experiment to see how long it would take. Cheers Dean

Hello everyone Let us know if either of you get caught up in the customs rigamarole I did! I used EMS for HSJS2 and had no problems, I'm still waiting for my single but it was an experiment to see how long it would take. I don't understand why some people have all the hassle with this system whilst it seems to work perfectly for others. As far as I'm concerned, it's not worth the risk just to have a CD or DVD a few days before everyone else. Mine still hasn't arrived (maybe tomorrow?) but with all the positive comments, I'm really looking forward to hearing it for myself. Best wishes Grant
