I just finished reading Hayleys' book...enjoyed it very much. And I am very honored that I am a fan of a very special person.
She did not write the book out of arrogance but to put in writing things that she may forget in the future. You can say it's like a diary that she is letting her fans look into.
Once you have read this book, if you don't know all ready, not only is she true to her family, friends, but true to herself and to her music....ALSO true to her fans.
And I am starting to realize that her album "Pure" not only refers to her voice but to her person as well. It is refreshing today that there is someone who can REALLY sing, and do good in the world...UNICEF...without hearing about that person with drugs, alchohol problems or jail time.
I am proud to be a fan of Hayleys'...
Russell Watson said of her that she truely has the voice of an angel...and I say there is more to the voice.
While reading the book do what I did, play a couple of Hayleys' albums in the background and enjoy!!!
Hayley I Wish You the Very Best!!!! Howard

Hello Howard and welcome to the forum from Central England.
I am so glad that you enjoyed reading Hayley's book. Did you know that there is an earlier one? A paper back entitled "The World At Her Feet" that is well worth reading to.
You have hit the nail on the head about the sort of person Hayley is, she's very special to us all here at HWI. Have you met her? I suspect not, well, you have a treat in store. She is the lovliest person you could wish to meet.
I hope you enjoy your time with us and enjoy perusing the threads on this forum. There is a tremendous amount of information, pictures and music of and about Hayley here.
I look forward to reading your future posts.
Best wishes Grant

Dear Raymond, I order the book in the Hong Kong Book Centre, situated in Central. Probably you know where it is. You can also try Swindon since I think it's a sister store of HK Book Centre. The price, well, was HKD 272 and they require $150 deposit. Thank you tinmeigut. But I think I will wait a while before I buy the book. 272 is a little bit pricey for me. Raymond

Hi Martin,
I was hoping the same thing. Katherine Jenkins is releasing her autobiography very soon and she did an audio CD of it. It would have been great to hear Hayley reading 'In her own voice'.

I agree Martin, wouldn't it be fantastic to hear Hayley actually reading the text - you couldn't get more "In Her Own Voice" than that Who's going to suggest it to Steve Mark

This was suggested by Martin last night. I cannot emphasise strongly enough that it is VERY early days and nothing is promised so let's not get too carried away. However, I can tell you that Erica at Bedlam was definitely supportive of the idea straight away. Now look at the reaction from Kathryn which I have just received: As I was preparing this post, Kathryn promised to keep us posted! Martin, it's a longshot, but there is just a chance that your fantasy might become reality.! Roger

Hi Roger, Thanks for the latest update. It's good to hear that they are very supportive of the idea and I'm quite surprised they didn't think about this earlier. Martin - you are a star! Stephany
