Hi Joyce I've known Amazon do this with other things and it's done to ensure that your copy will arrive on the 25th. This way on line purchasers are not penalised by the seller having to wait until release date to despatch. Best wishes Grant

Is it possible the release date for this could be put back if Hayley's not going to be around to promote it? Hi Grant - it's probably too late to delay the book's release date. However, it's a bit disappointing that she won't be around to promote her book because the impact on sales would probably have been significant. But that doesn't mean she can't do it later! Love, Stephany

Hayley's new biography is out today in New Zealand according to Stuff.co.nz. Ah Ha! So is that one of the reasons why Hayley went home? Maybe Steve Abbott was right, there will be a book signing - for Cardiff, read Christchurch! Sounds like it is going to be a brilliant read, although the article gives very little away and only tells us things we already know! Best wishes Grant

Hi Grant - it would be great for Belinda and all the fans who live in Christchurch! Followers of Westenra's music will get an insight into how and why each song is chosen, which are her favourite... This is going to be a fantastic read. I'm lucky because my October 25th lecture got cancelled. Do you think it's because the lecturer needs to go to the bookstore? Lots of love, Stephany

Very interesting Belinda! I thought it was odd that we hadn't heard anything! I've looked on Amazon.com (USA) which shows release date as 25th October, as does Amazon.co.uk. Interestingly, the latter does show both 'ISBN numbers that you quote. The one beginning 190.... is classed as ISBN 10 whilst the one beginning 978...... is classed as ISBN 13 Maybe someone who understands book registration can throw some light on the difference. As for me, well, I'm confused as per normal! Best wishes Grant

Hi Belinda & Grant, It also seems that the NZ edition is a paperback whereas the UK/US (same ISBN, same book!) is a hardcover. Are Virgin Publishers and Virgin Books Limited different companies? Or both part of the Virgin group but operating in different geographical area? Amazon.com still doesn't sell the biography although it is listed on their website. Stephany

Hi Stephany
I wondered if the other ISBN number might refer to a paperback, but only US$6 difference doesn't seem much

Hi again Grant, The ISBN doesn't indicate if it's a paperback or not. What Belinda posted above says that the NZ edition is a trade paperback, which is slightly different than a paperback. It's actually a book that is the same size as a hardcover edition, but the quality of the paper is usually higher than that of a 'normal' paperback. Just in case you're wondering, I worked in a bookstore last summer Love, Stephany
