Hello folks! 'Danny Boy' was at No.2 in today's Most Wanted chart, but the version played was by Nigel Kennedy. There's an even longer shot for Hayley today. The new voting list includes 'Lascia Ch'io Pianga', which could be by almost anybody, but it's just had my vote. Here's the link again:- classicfm.com/sectional.asp?id=10165Good luck Hayley! Richard

Hello Grant and everybody! I was right when I said 'Lascia Ch'io Pianga' was a long shot for Hayley. It was at No.5 in today's Most Wanted chart, but it was played by Albrecht Mayer on the oboe. Today I've voted for Handel's Organ Concerto. I don't think there's much chance of it being played by Hayley, but I wouldn't put it past her! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes, Richard

Hello everybody! To keep this thread active, there's an outside chance for Hayley in tomorrow's Classic FM Most Wanted chart. The new voting list includes Caccini's 'Ave Maria', so they could play the version on 'Odyssey'. Here's the link again... classicfm.com/sectional.asp?id=10165I think Beethoven might take the top spot again with his Piano Concerto No.3, which would give him a hat-trick of No.1s this week. Good luck Hayley, and Ludwig! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifRichard

Hello everybody! Caccini's 'Ave Maria' was at No.4 in today's Most Wanted chart, but it was sung by Katherine Jenkins. The good news is, Beethoven scored his third No.1 of the week with his Piano Concerto No.3. He needed cheering up because his van failed its MOT on Wednesday! Richard

Hello everybody! I'm not going to declare a red alert, but today's Most Wanted voting list includes 'Bernstein - West Side Story'. This has come up a few times before and they've usually played an orchestral suite, but I'm wondering if they might play something from the new 50th Anniversary Recording tomorrow. Let's all vote and see what happens. Here's the link again: classicfm.com/sectional.asp?id=10165Good luck Hayley and Vittorio! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifRichard
