May have to send a "Press Gang" to Japan to get some information and reports CALLING JAPAN
ANY NEWS FOR USHi Comet. No one is reporting any here yet from Japan and I am in a mood to do some. But I myself am not attending the concert yet. According to some of the people who have attended the concert in Utsunomiya-city Japan, Hayley sang just 2 songs from HSJS2. Those were "Tsubomi" and "Mikazuki". She sang "Yuki no Hana ", "Flower", "Nada Soso", and "A Thousand Wind" from HSJS1. Other than those, "Pokare Kare Ana", "Prayer", "Amazing Grace" and etc were sung. Amazing Grace was a bit different from what she used to sing and was like the one sang together with Minako Honda. Hayley also has played a piano singing “Sonny” at the end of the concert. When she started to sing it, she had a bit hard time adjusting the position of the microphone and there came a stuff to fix it. After the concert she began to sign for those who were waiting in a long queue. She put a bottle of water Volvic 500cc on the table and drink it time to time. That was exactly her typical style and she looked very lovely filled with joy, a friend of mine who lives in Utsunomiya-city informed me. I envy him. Although I already had bought the ticket but my possibility to see her this time is not high enough due to my private affairs going on a lot at this time of the year. I am still adjusting my schedule. Best wishes. Maya

Hi Maya Thank you for keeping us informed of Hayley's Japanese tour. - she often struggles with the microphone when she sings "Sonny". I think it's become a bit of a challenge for her Best wishes Grant

Hi Maya,
Thank you for posting that information. I enjoyed reading it. Apart from your post the only news we have had about the Japanese tour has come from Hayley herself!

Steve Abbott has a big decision to make this weekend. Stay in Tokyo to support Hayley or come back to Wembley to support beloved Luton.

Thanks Jillian, they appear to be two new events. I have asked Bedlam Management for confirmation and will post any details that are received. Meanwhile, this is a complete guess. We heard that there were to have been two concerts in Japan late last year. These did not go ahead for the same reason as the latter part of the RoD was postponed. It is just possible that these are the rescheduled dates. If so, 'Promise of Last Christmas' seems to make sense. If confirmation is received, I will probably start a new thread as they will not be a part of the current tour but let's wait for now and see what happens. Roger

It will be almost 2 weeks after Hayley's concerts were all over. I was not able to see her this time due to by private affairs going on a lot. Schedule adjustments were failed and I missed her. A friend of mine who went to the concert brought me the pamphlet today. Some of you may be interested in viewing it and here I show it to you below. Best wishes. Maya
