Hello all, I finally found some time to get iTunes installed. It's working perfectly but I can't seem to find Hayley's London Festival EP. I've tried everything I could think of, but it's as if the album is no longer available... HELP!!! Jeroen Hi Jeroen, You are, I believe in the Dutch store, and the album is only available in the UK and Ireland stores, so you can't find it.  I don't know if it's gonna be available in the future in The Netherlands, I had the same problem here in Portugal, and the only way that I could get the album, was to purchase a UK Itunes gift card, I bought a card on ebay, and asked the seller to send me the code by email (I don't know if applestore.uk will sell those cards outside the UK), if you have any other way to get a UK Itunes card it will do, it has to be a UK Itunes gift card. It worked, I had to create a new account selecting the UK store, inserted the code, had to fill it with a Uk address (I looked in the internet for hotels in London) and Voil**SPAM? Yes, it is well hidden, just searching for "Hayley Westenra" doesn't find it. My post #15 explains what to do.
Grant and Graham,
It isn't that hard I agree. Grant, what have you got to lose? You can download the music and burn a CD without printing the sleeve, although it is nice to have.

I have a friend who downloads most of his music so I'm hoping he's an itunes customer and that he will be able to print the sleeve for me. Best wishes Grant |

If you are at Stoke or Northampton. Let me know if you would like me to print one off for you! We might even be able to persuade Hayley to sign it for you! I have been trying to buy a white pen without success since Hayley struggled to sign my copy of HSJS. This cover is even darker. But I do now have a silver pen, that might work. I must conduct some tests! But you don't need an iTunes customer, just a photo quality colour printer (and perhaps a USB memory stick) to get a copy of this. Martin |

Hello everyone and particularly Graham Guess what I am listening to at the moment??  Yes foks - I've done it - thanks to Colin's excellent instructions. and there really is nothing to it. It took about half an hour for me, a complete itunes novice, to work through it. One thing that did confuse me a bit was when I clicked on "buy album" it asked me to update my details - although it remembers most things, it would appear you need to re key your card's security code each time -which I did. I expected it would then complete the download but it didn't and I had to click "buy album" again -then it worked, and I could see it happening against 'download'. The rest was easy. Just put a CD in drive and click on burn disc. I'm loving this - WOWEEEE!!!Best wishes Grant |

Hi Grant Glad you've done it! The recordings are superb - I think they're the best recordings of her voice to date, and a great memento from a wonderful night. Only problem is - I'd like to hear the rest of them from the night as well  Kind regards Colin |

Maybe they could release a special Itunes version of "River Of Dreams - The Very Best Of" as a double album, including all the songs from the Itunes Live festival (one studio and one live).
I do not mind to pay again, to have the other songs that are missing from the Itunes festival.
Would be nice to have "Songbird" studio and live versions!
