Congratulations on 100 posts Natasha! I voted for "Across the Universe of Time", because I like the mystical feel to this song. It was a great pity it was omitted from the original UK edition to make "Pure" eligible for the Classical charts. Best Wishes from London, Richard

Its really hard to pick a favorite because I love them all! I'll think I know my favorite and then I listen to the others and I'm not so sure!
Still I find myself listening to "Who Painted the moon Black" the most so I guess its my favorite! lol.
Natasha
P.S Thanks guys! Its great to have finally reached 100! lol

Hello folks! It's very interesting to note that with 10 votes cast, nobody has voted for the true classical tracks. The Maori songs are getting some support though. I shall continue to watch this poll with great interest. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBye for now, Richard

And you know what's funny right? I'm someone who would urge Hayley to do more classical songs...lol.
That just goes to show that Hayley has a perfect balance in her music! I hope Odyssey is the same!

As for the rest, I simply cannot make up my mind as it depends on my mood. To simpify things I've decided to eliminate the UK bonus tracks, as not all of them are in the list anyway but I still cannot decide! My current leaderboard is: - Pokarekare Ana (the piece that first attracted me to Hayley) - Dark Waltz - Benedictus All these "sounded" classical to me when I first heard them, because of the arrangements and Hayley's use of her "classical" voice rather than her "pop" voice, if you see what I mean. I'm not trying to argue that the first two ARE actually classical but the bulk of the record buying public probably think they are. If I include the other tracks and UK bonus tracks, I'd add to that list: - Bridal Ballad - Mary, Did You Know? - Across the Universe of Time But I will make my final choice from the first three.

Hi Richard, it's also interesting that nobody has yet voted for the most poppy track: Wuthering Heights and I won't be voting for it either. Do you not like that track Dave? I think there is a lot of debate regarding this. I dont know much about the politics regarding this track not being released. Maybe all this actually put people off the song, but it actually done great out in Japan. Its weird that they release Hayley singles out there but not in the UK. I personally think its a good track out of the poppy ones, maybe they thought it would be a good idea to be associated with the song especailly as it was very popular in the UK. But we will never know. Emmett

By the way, the Japanese single of WH never reached the top 200 over there, or the International top 10. I didn't think I should include it in my charts table as it would have looked weird, something like this: Japan singles chart: -- (--) -- 0. I think it would have charted in the UK though, but not a massive (top 10) hit as most Hayley fans simply don't buy singles! Dave

Hi Dave, Thanks for clearing things up for me. Boy.... do i have egg on my face now. I thought it had done well there. I must have got it mixed up with 'Amazing Grace', I think. So with the singles that have been released in Japan they are classified in the International Chart, what was the highest position for the equivalent of the UK Top 40 Chart?? Also do you think they will release any tracks from 'Odysssey' as singles?? Sorry if this is off topic. Im sure Richard will sort me out tomorrow.... Emmett
