Hi Denis, Thanks for this one. I just received an email to confirm this and Hayley will be interviewed by Mark Goodier on the 4-6pm special Big Preview show on Bank Holiday Monday 29th of August. I would guess this interview will be conducted over the phone as Hayley is still in Australia / Asia. Everyone in the UK what a lucky bunch, getting another bank holiday . Emmett

Thank you for the confirmation Emmett! You get a Bank Holiday in October which we don't get in the UK! Personally I don't care because I'm retired. I like leap years because I get 366 days off instead of the usual 365! See you soon, Richard

Hello again Emmett! To bring this thread back on topic, can you pick up Classic FM in Dublin? If you can, then you could listen to it all day long on 31st October. "Odyssey" should be in the UK charts then, so they will almost certainly play Hayley several times during the day. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes from London, Richard

Hi Richard,
Unfortunately I can't pick up Classic Fm here but I can listen online, the only problem is they stream it at low quality but that's ok. I will try and catch it then.
We have a classical station over here as part of the RTE network its called Lyric Fm and I hope they might have some features about 'Odyssey' coming up to its release, which I think would be the same as the UK date.
Bye,
Emmett

Emmett Well she *could* be back in the UK by 29th August... her next event I can see scheduled is her signing at Tower Records store in Japan on 24th August (from Official Japanese site). It would seem logical for Hayley then to return to the UK after perhaps a few days in Japan. This assumes that the Hong Kong signing will be before the Japan signing. Does anyone know of other dates in Hayley's schedule for Asia next week?

Also, there will be Monday 22-8 Mass Media interviews Tuesday 23-8 Interviews for radio stations Both are in Hong Kong. So Hayley doesn't have much time to take a rest.

Hi Dave and Raymond, Thanks for the information regarding the dates. She is indeed very busy indde, jumping around between all the countries in the Asia region. So Dave, she could actually make in back to the UK for a short break and then head back off to Asia again for the rest of the promotions. I read on Fiona Pears's website that the Asia Promo will continue up to the 9th of September as I know she is supporting Hayley on the tour along with Ian Tilley. Emmett

The Classic FM programme schedule page for Bank Holiday Monday seems to confirm that Hayley will be interviewed on the phone - or hopefully via high quality broadcasting link - direct from NZ. Here is the programme detail: "Monday August 29th 2005
4 - 6pm The Official Classic FM Chart Preview - Mark Goodier Join Mark Goodier this Bank Holiday when he will talk to new and established stars including Hayley Westenra (live from New Zealand), Amici Forever, Joseph McManners (star of the Little Prince), Katherine Jenkins, Dario Marianelli (the composer Pride & Prejudice), Emma Johnson and conductor Jose Serebrier. In additon to this you'll hear new music from Nigel Kennedy, Craig Armstrong, Fabio Biondi, Julian Rachlin, The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and not forgetting a brand new duet between Bryn Terfel & Aled Jones."Listeners outside the UK will be able to hear this programme on the Internet from the link at: www.classicfm.com and note that the programme lasts for two hours starting at 4pm (16:00 hours) British Summer Time, which is 3pm (15:00 hours) GMT. I shall record it anyway and will put up a temporary link to it in here for HWI - and/or anyone who wants to listen or download it for their own private use. (Denis, I've corrected the time given in your original post - to avoid confusion ) Cheers, Dave
