Hello everybody, especially our members in Bonnie Scotland! This thread is very quiet, so I hope I can liven it up by reporting that Hayley's concert is now shown on the Aberdeen Music Hall's website HERE. Are you reading this, Andrew and David? Richard

Hi Richard, Many thanks for the info! I'm glad to see that your ferreting skills are still razor sharp!!! I did in fact buy some Front Row (Centre) Stalls tickets this morning at 10am... so "Jock the Croc" beat you to it!!! You've got to keep snappy at this game huh? Andrew

Good morning all, Aberdeen Music Hall proudly awaits Hayley... Here's a quick summary of today's weather forecast for Aberdeen: A dull start ... but it looks as though it will definitely brighten up later... with "Sonny" outbreaks outtakes!!! "To the sun that lights the day... to the clouds that drift away... Only then will I be free..." Andrew

Hi all,
I hope the concert and weather are both very ejnoyable; although only the latter we have to worry about!

Hi Andrew & David
I am most likely too late to wish you well for tonight as I guess you will already be at the venue by now. Anyway, I know you will have a great time - Hayley is in top form and if last nights show was anything to go by, you will be witnessing a stunning performance later on tonight.
Can't wait to hear from you.
Best wishes Mark

I'm much too late too, she is probably singing now, but the wishes are good all the same. If it is anything like last night, it will be stupendous.

Hi All, Have just returned from Hayley's concert in Aberdeen... and "oh what a wonderful night!!!" Trust me... the "River of Dreams Tour" is in full flow now... As David "The Flying Scotsman" said.. "Many a Scot got caught up and sailed freely down that river tonight..." i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifHere's the 'Music Hall' on Aberdeen's Union Street... Tonight's Concert commenced at exactly 7.30pm... Hayley's Set List for Part One of the Concert was as follows: Prayer Ave Maria (Caccini) Scarborough Fair Songbird (Raven) x3 pieces (will fill you in more detail tomorrow) Now Is The Hour Never Saw Blue Shenandoah Danny Boy Raven opened Part Two after a 20 minute interval at 8.40pm with another 3 pieces (will fill you in more detail tomorrow)... You can read the rest of Part Two from this scanned image of the Set List: I didn't take any photographs during the performance, but here is a photograph of the stage set which I took during the interval... Hi All, Here's the floral bouquet which we presented to Hayley... It includes some white roses and thistles, as you can see... (Please view a larger image of the above picture here) [/i] Being the first Concert of the new Tour, we thought that Hayley should be presented with a mascot which she could take with her on Tour (to keep in her dressing room) so that she can look at it each night just before she goes on stage... Yes, we wanted to give Hayley something which she might find amusing... As you can see, this is a figurine of "Betty Boop". She loved it!!! (Please view a larger image of the above picture here) Here are a couple of pictures of Hayley after the Concert. We met her outside just before all the concert hall lights were turned off... I was just about to take my first picture when... the last external lights were turned off Nevermind... These pictures definitely capture "our" Hayley... i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif She "stole" the show once again too...
