Hi Andrew Thanks for the lovely photos! Certainly a wonderful performance....judging from the set list, Hayley may have sung 19 songs! I'm sure Hayley enjoyed her gifts! That was a lovely bouquet and Betty Boop figurine! Nice to see Hayley wearing her Westenra of Christchurch NZ Tartan wrap! Well done Andrew! Joe

Thank you Andrew for the news! I'm glad the concert was enjoyable, and I see Hayley had her tartan!

I've never heard of Betty Boop but Hayley leaves her far far behind. Hi Graeme, Betty Boop is a character in 1930's cartoons, which are still popular today. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Betty_Boop Glad you are enjoying your tartan tie as well! Best wishes, Joe

Graeme Hi Graeme, Joe & Northern Lights, Many thanks for your replies! Graeme, I totally agree with you- of course Hayley leaves Betty Boop far, far behind!!! I don't think there's a true likeness there at all!!! We just wanted to find something to make Hayley laugh! Andrew

Hi Andrew
Thanks for your report and pictures from Aberdeen. I had hoped that the set list for Stoke would be a 'dry run' for the tour and I guess last night proved it!
Did Hayley not have a signing session afterwards? Hence you catching up with her outside?
It will be a shame if that's going to be the norm for the tour.
Best wishes Grant

Hi Andrew,
The Westenra Tartan stole is a beautiful and personal, unique gift, must be at least eight feet long by the looks of it and it looks great ! I'm sure Hayley will cherish and treasure it for many years to come !
The stole is certainly longer than this thread at the moment. I hope others have more to contribute in pictures and reports.

Hi Andrew Thanks for your report and photo's, Hayley looks wonderful in her tartan, I hope you had on your matching tie It sounds very much as Grant says like the show we had at Stoke was indeed the 'practice run' of the tour - fntastic wasnt it. Hope to hear more about the concert in due course. Best wishes Mark

I hope others have more to contribute in pictures and reports. Hi Comet I believe only Andrew and David attended from HWI so the contribution will be limited (particularly as there was no post-concert signing). Martin

Hi All, Poor Hayley was very tired after her concert in Stoke... (largely due to the distance she had to travel afterwards) although she showed absolutely no signs of fatigue during or after her performance in Aberdeen!!! No signing session was scheduled last night though. A number of CDs which had been presigned by Hayley were available for sale in the foyer along with Concert Programmes. David and I met up with Eugene before and after the Concert. Eugene was only sitting 3 rows behind us in Row "D" so we were all quite close together! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Whilst we were standing outside waiting to see Hayley off, we had a long chat with Stephanie Benedetti and her father, Mr. "Gio" Benedetti - what really lovely people they are! Stephanie was rather excited about the chocolate cake which we had arranged to be delivered to the "Raven" dressing room! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Hayley's current Tour Manager, Dave (Teap?) was very accommodating and extremely friendly towards us. He was kind enough to deliver Hayley's floral arrangement and cards to Hayley's dressing room before the Concert. He also delivered the chocolate cake and card to the "Raven" dressing room for us. Andrew

Martin Hi Comet and Martin, Eugene took quite a few photographs inside the concert hall, including a few during the performance (without the use of flash). I believe Eugene will arrange to post up some of his pictures within this thread in due course! Andrew

Hi All, For Copyright reasons I am not sure that I am permitted to post up a scanned image of every page from Hayley's "River of Dreams" Concert Programme, but I have selected a few images from it and included these below. (Please note: I do not currently have access to a decent colour scanner, so I have taken some photographs of the images from my Concert Programme instead. I apologise for the poor quality of some of these photographs, which do not provide a fair reflection of the superb quality of the images included within the Concert Programme). Hint-hint BUY ONE...or two or three or FOUR!!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifHere is the image from the front cover: Here is the image from the back cover: More to follow... Andrew

Hi Andrew, Might not be a bad idea to place them in the scanner at an angle to prevent unauthorised use of them or at least to make it difficult. I for one don't know how to rotate a jpeg, no doubt some of you more technically minded members do. Thanks for the updates.............................................. hope you had an exceptional Hayley experience !

Hi Comet, Good idea... rotating a jpeg image is pretty simple actually. I'll send you details in a PM. Incidentally, yes I was well and truly "Westenwowed" last night... Hayley sounds in top form - all of her pieces really tugged at my heart strings. Hayley really demonstrated how powerful her voice was last night too... Her rendition of "Wuthering Heights" left me covered in goosebumps!!! I will provide a detailed concert report shortly... Andrew
