I went along to St.James's at lunchtime today to try and get some more definite arrangements regarding ticket collection tomorrow. I spoke to a warden and she said that tickets will be on sale for collection in the entrance hall at the table where All Angels did a signing last year. When asked what time she said sometime starting between 6.00 - 6.30pm.
She also went onto say that they expect a large turnout (so organised chaos then when collecting tickets?).
Whilst I was there a rehearsal was ongoing for today's lunchtime concert (the church runs a few of these each week and are free). Today was the turn of the Japanese soprano Asuka Kurogi (don't worry, I had never heard of her either but apparently she is well known) and her repertoire included "Don't stand at my grave and weep". Small world?

Hi Belinda, I'm not sure if Richard is still around so I'll answer your question. Yes, it is the same venue that you came to in 2005 - was it really three years ago? And yes, it does have the market in the courtyard and cafe that you remember. Not everything stays the same though. Garfunkels has gone.  Roger |

Hi Belinda Yes, it is the same place! That was my first concert and I didn't know anyone then, although I did discover HWI whilst waiting for my first meeting with Hayley! According to Richard, Garfuncles is no longer there, but there is a good pub behind the church I gather and that's where we're supposed to be meeting. Best wishes Grant Ooopps!!
