I think some people are using "opera" as a broad generic term that encompasses classical singing of any kind, including -- ironically enough -- Hayley's own crossover.
But at its root "opera" means work, and it is solid work Hayley is doing on behalf of the children of Ghana. A loud Brava! to that.

WOW!! After a fairly quiet few days on the forum, it seems to have exploded overnight with 40+ posts!
The photo's from Ghana are amazing Roger. I feel very privileged that we get to see Hayley on these expeditions as well as to see the conditions these people live in. I find it quite amazing that they are still able to smile.
I just love the caring and concerned look on Hayley's face when she is comforting the little girl having her foot attended to in pictures 11, 12 and 15. What an amazing young lady she is!
Best wishes Grant

Thanks for sharing these wonderful photos, Roger.
The three photos that Grant mentioned of Hayley and the girl being attended to, really touched me. One could almost hear Hayley's reassuring words.

Hayley is doing a great job in Ghana. I was a little bit shocked, seeing that Guinnea Worm, but Hayley was there for the little girl. Well done !! Greetz JOYCE.
