The latest question of the day is....
Some of the best singing Hayley has ever done is taking place in her latest concert performances. It sure would be nice if this vocal magic were recorded for everyone to enjoy!
so... Should Hayley's team be recording her concerts for a future live album?

With modern digital technology I believe it is now fairly standard practice to record the whole evenings proceedings at the mixing desk
Now that is a collection of CDs I would like to hear.

. What we really want is a new DVD! Wasn't the New Zealand DVD a combination of two consecutive nights (solo  ) concerts ? If so the concerts on the 11th and 12 th September in Dublin and Limerick may work. If the RTE Concert Orchestra can move then the production team should be able to??? Hi Folks,
I am thinking more along the lines that Hayley or her management should get a recording of EVERY concert or live performance DIRECTLY from the mixing desk. For future reference and for posterity.
It would be a shame if somebody was not carefully collecting, storing and indexing these wonderful events, safely and in more than one place.
I was not implying these should or have ever been put up for sale on Ebay. I have never seen a "BOOTLEG" of a Hayley item up for sale on Ebay.
I was saying I would like to hear these recordings, this is a personal wish
Some were made available after they had been broadcast on radio.
PS. Tori Amos for instance has released " Official bootlegs " of many of her own concerts, the quality on the recordings is excellent and at least she benefits from the proceeds of the sale.
If I knew that Hayley was the beneficial seller of similar recordings of concerts, I would be more than happy to buy them, but not to line the pockets of the illegal bootleggers who pay NOTHING to the performing artist....
