We twa hae run about the braes, And pou'd the gowans fine, But we've wander'd monie a weary fit, Sin auld lang syne. We twa hae paidl'd in the burn Frae morning sun till dine, But seas between us braid hae roar'd Sin auld lang syne. And a HAPPY NEW YEAR to EVERYBODY from us here in OZ too. This lovely pic from SMH newspaper shows you where the fireworks were set off from.(top edge mid). We were already in bed at that stage 100 kms South. The Yachts in this pic were heading for the Sydney Heads to start their run South on Boxing Day. Graeme
