Dear Hayley-fans,
Just now I’m back from Hayley’s concert in Berlin. It was great, really. Both Hayley and Il Divo made a fantastic job on stage. More information and some pictures I will prepare tomorrow for you. Regards, Lothar

Hello Lothar and everyone! I look forward to hearing your report and seeing your pictures! I'm glad you had a wonderful time. here is one early report from the Il Divo forum. No pictures yet. Minstrel wrote: Minstrel later added that Hayley was already behind the curtain when he jumped up on the stage. Poor Hayley!! I hope she's alright and not too frightened or shaken to perform in Hamburg. EDIT: Another report from Il Divo's Forums. Sunrise (Monica) wrote: <3 Caite Edit: I enlarged the text within the quotes. I've just been over to the ID forum too for the latest, as i suspect you may have done - minstrel has goven more details : This is slightly more reassuring although I thought I'd better mention to the ID fans that it may be a known trouble-maker who did this, and not normal enthusiasm. This sort of thing just isn't acceptable. Lothar, we need your observations about this! Dave

Hi Dave- It is worrying! I'm glad you've made the 'Divas' aware of this guy. I just hope he doesn't try the same thing in Hamburg! Yes Lothar, your observations will be useful. <3 Caite

My God, I wonder if this is the same idiot who's been pursuing her all this time. I hope the security guys took him out back and tightened a few of his screws.
In the meantime, I hope Hamburg is on high alert, do you think the GSG9 and KSK can spare a few guys to keep an eye on Hayley?
Hayley, I hope you were not too badly frightened. Please understand that there is bound to be a bad apple in every barrel and most of us are NOT dangerous.

It was not a real problem for Hayley, I hope so. I was talking with somebody from the security guard after the show of Il Divo and he sad they were catching the stalker and call the police. I had no possibility to talk with Hayley. So I couldn’t talk with her about this attack. I will send stalker warning by Fax to all halls where Hayley will perform in Germany and I also will try to send the FAX to Vienna, Rotterdam etc.
Maybe I will go to Hamburg tomorrow by myself, but I’m not sure.
More details I will send you in my report later this day.
Greetings to all of you, Lothar

It would be an incredible coincidence if this were not the same guy that we knew about a few weeks ago. Admittedly, our main concern was Hamburg rather than Berlin so let's hope that he is detained for the duration of all the German dates.
I passed on our concerns to Steve Abbott so I am sure he (or his team) would have been extra vigilant.
Thank you for your report, Lothar. Please let us know of any further news if you are able to go to Hamburg.
Roger

Dear Roger,
many thanks for your support when you were sending this stalker attack warning to Steve Abbott. I hope Hayley knows that our HWI-family will do all which is possible to stop such stalker attacks in the future. I hope Hayley’s Psychology is well and she has no fears to go on stage at her concerts next days in Germany and abroad.
Greetings, Lothar

Hi Lothar,
Despite Hayley's delicate appearance, I believe she more than capable of coping with this sort of situation from an emotional point of view. I am sure she and everyone with her will be extra vigilant but I don't think we need be too concerned for her safety. In fact, what happened last night may even have done her a favour in that it will cause everyone to be on alert while she is in Hamburg.
Regards, Roger

All Roger ? I say: YES !!! because he seems right: " I don't think we need be too concerned for her safety". Why? There is no buiness like show business !!! Or: LET'Stalk about ... Stalkers ... created bye Decca / Universal ... for me this Berlin and some older US-Stalker-Stories are 99.9 PURE Marketing !!! perhaps a little bit tooooo "dirty" and toooooooooo cheap promotion. I saw Hayley twice with Boston Pops in winter 2004 and last year in Munich and @worldgames in Duisburg, received autographs after waiting 20 - 50 min. before stage-doors etc and talked to some of her fans: how many "Stalker did I met? 0 !!! only peaceful, quiet fans ... perhaps too quiet for the dir..-dec ...?

Hi again Cinderella, You are right, at 95% of Hayley's concerts there are no problems at all; everyone is very well behaved. But these stories are not publicity stunts by Decca or anyone else; there is a kind of "stalker" from Germany and although we do not know for sure that this is the same one, no-one would be surprised if it is. We know this from personal knowledge, not from press releases or press stories. His activities are not confined to Germany! Fortunately, the latest 'scare' does not seem to have been too serious; but they are all annoying! Cheers, Dave

Hi Cinderella,
Thanks for your views on Stalkers, I personally do not think this type of publicity is good for Hayley or her supporters, there is a big gap between obsession and support, The quicker this sort of thing is nipped in the bud the better.
One of the most special attractions to me about Hayley is the that she goes out of her way to meet her supporters and sign memorabilia for us. The sort of thing that happened in Berlin is not going to encourage what I am sure we all find a very rewarding end to her performances. I hope that it will not deter Hayley from continuing to spend the time with us, only time will tell.

Hi everyone, I doubt if some maniac jumping the stage in Berlin is likely to result in Hayley not doing the meet and greet sessions any more. There are always members of her team very close by during those times and I don't believe any harm is likely to come of it. Welcome to the forum, Cinderella. Roger
