Hi Belinda,
It has been mentioned on Classic FM a few times but I have not seen or heard anything other than that. There is very little that can be said yet as there is still an embargo on any information (apart from it's title and release date). With any luck, it will be promoted very soon. The re-launch of the official site will act as a trigger for everyone else to start promoting it. Hopefully that isn't more than a week away now.

Just found some slight promotion of the album in an article, which is dated January 16, about Hayley's future performance in Wales. Here is the link: www.liverpool.com/editorspick-westenra.htmlHere is the applicable part of the article: Katie

Hi Roger. That would explain why I had not seen it before. Also, it shows there is a good range of pics of her--`casual' in jeans and super dresses. In all of which she is, 'just' our Hayley looking lovely!
I envy you guys later on this month but I'm not sure I can leave the dog for that length of time and on top of which I have an evening concert in which some of my extended family are playing.

It's alarming to see that AOL Music has put "Treasure" under the Genre "ROCK". I suppose that says a lot about AOL Music! Martin

Maybe these are deliberate mistake, so that rock and rap fans come across Hayley's music and may become a fan. Raymond

After listening to "Abide With Me" this morning it struck me that what a wonderful promotional opportunity it would be for Hayley and Treasure if Steve Abbott could secure an agreement with the Football FA for Hayley to sing it at this year's Cup Final. (For the benefit of the non-soccer fans Abide With Me is sung every year immediately prior to the national anthem). What better opportunity to expose Hayley and this superb rendition to millions of viewers. Unfortunately, on checking Hayley's schedule I found that she will be in San Francisco that day (May 19th) as part of the Celtic Woman tour. Martin

Had an Email from Amazon today promoting their "10,000 CD Clearance Sale"
Before the list of cheapo's appears, there is a block of best sellers.
They show "Treasure" as the Classical Best Seller and it's right in the middle of the block!

On many websites, she's now listed in "Celtic music". Am I the only one to think that her US "Celtic Treasure" album name is a little tricky??

Hayley's U.S. reps obviously feel that any extra hook will be helpful. Tying in to the Celtic Woman phenomenon and Hayley's new affiliation with CW was probably a no-brainer for the record company. Catapulting Hayley to the next level as a solo artist in the U.S. will be "trickier."
