Hi Steve.

No, she's not pained, if you think that I think it is the angle. She often looks like that during pauses for the backing. She's musing to the gods and being ethereal. I've only seen her like that when more on a level with her face, or looking down on her or only slightly looking up and it certainly isn't pained. Its a very relaxed almost 'switched out' mode.

I can also read Hayley's expression, and I agree that she is concentrating on the song. She probably can't see very much in the blinding spotlight!

It's a nice photograph of Hayley, but the background is too fussy for my taste, and it's rather distracting.

Dear All,

Here's a lovely picture of Hayley which I found in the 'NZ Herald' newspaper article at the following link:

I located the newspaper article after reading additional reports related to Belinda's scanned article.

Perhaps sometime in the future there will be a series of Hayley postage stamps available.

An image like this one would be good for a postage stamp design wouldn't you agree?
