Hi everyone, My copy of "The Best 0f pure voice Hayley Westenra" arrived today! When I opened the package I looked for the calendar, and thought... Where is it?  I found it inside the CD box, it is a Hayley 2009 calendar, not what I was looking for (a desk calendar I thought), but it's not that bad, the CD box is thicker like the one of HSJS. For those who can't wait, I made a scan of the cover, and one of the inside (they don't have much quality). I simply love the cover of the CD! Hi Paulo So you are the lucky first recipient! I don't think anyone else has received theirs yet. Mine certainly hasn't appeared. Knowing that you guys have got this album makes me more desperate for a copy! The other Hong Kong fellow Raymond (who hadn't really spoken much here these days) just told me he's placed an order for himself and me, so I'm expecting it to arrive in about two weeks' time... It would probably be when my exams have ended and Christmas too- yea it would be a nice Christmas gift for myself. (Actually Raymond and me had joked about giving our own copy to each other as Christmas gift...  ) Tin |

Hi Comet, At the time (one month ago) when some of us received an e-mail from CD Japan announcing a "Best of Hayley Westenra", was very confusing since they had already the "Amazing Grace - Best of Hayley Westenra" and with the release of "River of Dreams - The Very Best 0f" in the UK, what to think about that!? . But it really seems like a "Very Best Version" made to the Japanese market, as RoD is to the UK market, and has nothing to do with "Amazing Grace - The Best of Hayley Westenra" album, hence the different UCCL number, I presume! I just thought it was a different album when I found a track listing in a Japanese site. I believe we only saw the cover art and the correct album title on December the 1st at CdJapan. How do we manage to get the titles of these threads wrong so often ? Hi Comet I don't think we do. This thread was started by Anna back in December 2006 for the first Japanese 'Best of....' at a time when the title of this thread was believed to be the title of the album. As I'm sure you realise by now, what actually appears is usually different from what we are first told. Maybe we should have had a separate thread for this second one but it's a bit late now!
