From the 'North American Tour 2007' thread... Roger, do you happen to keep a running graph of registrations on this site? I'm curious if the slope of new registrants vs time has taken a climb since treasure and this CW tour started. Hi Peter, As part of the task of forum management, I have kept a record of the total number of members, posts, and visits on a daily basis for almost three years but only in the form of a spreadsheet. I only began to convert them to graph form in January. However, those figures alone would not indicate the number of registrations - they indicate the net increase or decrease in membership on any given date. The accounts of members who haven't logged in for a significant time are eventually closed. Apart form making the forum easier to manage, that also ensures that the total number of members (as seen in the Info Centre) at any given time is a true reflection of the current level of activity. As a rough comparison, when Hayley's official forum showed a membership total of 1200, more than 850 of them had never posted and I suspect had never logged in since the day they registered, thereby making their membership total virtually meaningless. As your question was specifically relating to the activity levels since the release of Treasure and the commencement of the CW tour, here is a very brief summary of membership levels: On the first day of: July 2004 - 48 members Jan 2005 - 70 members July 2005 - 60 members Jan 2006 - 88 members July 2006 - 122 members Jan 2007 - 116 members Feb 2007 - 123 members Mar 2007 - 141 members Apr 2007 - 150 members I believe the figures for 22007 (so far) speak for themselves! Roger

Roger, Those are really impressive statistics and thank you for taking the time to keep the data and record it for us. It certainly shows that membership is increasing steadily. Maybe its because we're "under new ownership" Stuart I can tell from the level of activity, particularly around the release of Treasure compared to Odyssey - that things are on the up!

Thanks for the impressive statistics, Roger. The fanbase is growing fast and you can easily tell that the "CW effect" and the release of "Treasure/Celtic Treasure" had a serious impact on it. Stephany - member since February 2007

Following on from my earlier posts, these are the average number of posts per day for the current year: Jan: 63.8 Feb: 81.8 Mar: 94.1 So yes, the increase in activity has been significant for three reasons: 1. The release of Treasure / Celtic Treasure 2. The Celtic Woman tour 3. Stephany joining! Roger

Roger These figures are impressive. For the statistians out there it means that this year to date there has been a 29% increase in membership. Furthermore, year on year based on the Jan figures since 2005 there has been a 40% increase. We must be doing something well! Martin

Hello Roger and everyone, Yes these are excellent figures.. especially when you consider that you cull most accounts when they have become well and truly inactive. Although the 6 months data interval is quite long, I think I can see a clear correlation between each membership boost and the release or re-release of Hayley albums. The only two drops in membership (due to culling) seem to have occurred during the gaps in between releases/re-releases in her major markets. I think that even though Hayley's individual albums after Pure have each been selling around the same number of copies, her fanbase has been building with each album - and fanbases tend to stick with their singer(s) through thick and thin. This bodes well for Hayley's long term career prospects, I think. I hope I haven't read too much iinto this! Cheers, Dave
