Just got Connie's six track Promo single Released 26.11.07
Surprised to find it was on CDR with Connie Talbot handwritten in marker on the disc.
Were there only a very small number of these made ?
The six tracks Are:

Hi Guys,
Yesterday when I read a local newspaper, it was reported that Connie will be coming to Hong Kong and give a short performance in a shopping mall on 1st May. I think I may consider going to see her, but since 1st May is a public holiday in Hong Kong, the occasion will probably be a heated one and the place will surely be very crowded. I'll see what I can do.

Not only in Korea and Taiwan is Connie famous; here in Hong Kong Connie has some fame too. I constantly keep track of HK HMV's charts and Connie's Over the Rainbow is always in the Easy Listening chart. Now it's in the second place, probably her recent mini showcase in Kowloon had boosted her popularity a bit. (Kind of ironic though, I can't recall when I last saw Hayley's albums in the chart...) Anyway, talking of her 'mini showcase' here in May Day, my friends and I had gone and checked it out. Finally I've seen for myself the cute Connie! The event started at around 3pm but the crowd already started to build up at 2.30pm. I wasn't sure whether all people there knew who Connie was, but anyway. The MC chatted with Connie on the stage before and after she sang; she sang four songs: 1. Somewhere Over the Rainbow (No offense but I do like Hayley's cover more) 2. Ben 3. I Believe 4. Wonderful World Since my camera is quite obsolete, I've asked my friend, Keith to send me some photos he's taken during the occasion:    |

You photo's of Connie are excellent - you really should consider joining Connie's forum as Belinda suggested. It's a great place to hear more about Connie.
Afterall, although several of us have now met Connie, you're one of the few to have heard her sing live and I'm really looking forward to when my time comes.
