Josh performed in the Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall yesterday. My daughter was watching it when I walked into the room and saw Josh singing. Not sure what the song was though, not one I recognised.

Josh performed in the Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall yesterday. My daughter was watching it when I walked into the room and saw Josh singing. Not sure what the song was though, not one I recognised. Martin D In order to find out what he sang, I've tried searching for a video of the performance to absolutely no avail. I almost thought I found it, but it ended up being a performance from his recent concert in Paris! No results to be found. Another year, he did sing the song Anthem from Chess, which is on his album Stages. So I doubt it's that one. I wouldn't think he'd sing the same song he sang the last time, even if it is on his album. Obviously it wasn't You'll Never Walk Alone or Bring Him Home, if you didn't recognize it.

Yes. Sorry I know I'm not Libby. Pure Imagination was a song from Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. It was a song used to promote his current album. It and What I Did For Love were the first two singles off the record, and have music videos.

I can't find a video of Josh Groban's performance at the Royal Albert Hall, but here he is singing "Pure Imagination" with Lindsey Stirling and the Muppets: And here's the official video: Richard

I saw Josh's Stages Live show last Tuesday, and it was wonderful!! Other good news (for me that is), is I'm seeing Josh and Sarah McLachlin in Atlanta next July! Going with a girlfriend of mine who likes Josh's music. Didn't get the closest seats in the house, but still good enough. We will be on the right side and fairly close to the stage. Thought it was decent. So yay me! Hope he does a lot of songs from Stages though!! More good news just got annouced. Josh is going to be on Broadway next September!! Josh's PR people sent out this news article: www.nytimes.com/2015/12/14/theater/josh-groban-takes-aim-at-his-broadway-dream.html?smid=tw-share&_r=2&eml=2015December15/2977304/6010181&etsubid=34349162So curious to hear from you Grobanite's here, anyone thinking of seeing him on Broadway? Anyone here going to pick up "War and Peace".

I bet he'll sing nearly all of the songs they showed on PBS. I have no idea whether he'll sing his other songs. I would guess at least a few.

I read yesterday that Stages Live will be shown one night only in select theatres on February 4th. It will include a live Q&A as well. Look on Fathom Events for further information. PS. When I get home, I can put links up. I also saw a really good interview yesterday during lunch.

Well, I found out where to see him in my area per suggestion from one of the fans who posted below the announcement: I went to Fandango, and did a search on Stages Live, and found it right away! It's somewhere very convenient, but only if I don't work that day. I'll have to see how much the tickets are, too. I'm not sure if I want to pay for tickets and a DVD set, so I might just leave it at buying the DVD. Speaking of which, it will be available to buy in store at Target, so that's most likely where I'll buy mine. If a nearby store sells the music I like, then I go there in person to buy it. That rarely happens, though. Edit: Just found the link to find tickets: www.fathomevents.com/event/josh-groban-stages-live Once you put in your location, it'll take you to Fandango. They're $15 per person! I can't buy them until I find out my schedule for that day, which won't be till next Wed. Anyway, as I say, I'm not sure I want to spend money on that and the live album.
