This years Classical Brit Awards launch ceremony took place this evening in the Royal Garden Hotel in London during which the nominations for each award were announced.
The "Album of the Year" Award is the only one to be chosen by public vote. The official phone lines open on Tuesday 10th April. The numbers will be published here that morning. Meanwhile, you can cast your vote early at classicfm.com. You need to be a member of their 'Behind the Music' section before you can vote.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is always announced in advance of the Award ceremony.
