Hi Kim, Thanks for providing a link to this new trio. I am surprised you are particularly interested in them as I thought you prefered something more classical. Oh well, always nice to have a change! Triniti sound pleasant enough but they aren't really my taste. Vocally, I have to describe them as "slushy". Sorry - I think I'll give them a miss. Roger

Hello Kimberly and Roger! Triniti have a pleasant sound, but seeing they come from Ireland, I must say I prefer the sound of Pzazz. Anyway, I wish the girls of Triniti good luck with their careers. Best Wishes, Richard

I really like what I've heard form those links - I haven't heard of Pzazz - I'll have to check them out.

Hi Sal, Do try Pzazz. We have a sub-board for them HERE and one of this amazing quartet, Claire, is a member of this forum. Roger

Having visited Triniti's MySpace page, it was nice to hear a little clip of The Water is Wide. What does everyone think of their version compared to Hayley's?

Hello I met Triniti in London last night at their UK launch and watched an amazing peformance, they are truly a great group of singers and sound better with their accents. The girls introduced themselves on the stage and sung a few songs like 'Scarbrough Fair', 'Rose on Water', 'Voices' and 'Water is Wide'. I was also happy to be the first fan to meet them after the show (most of the other people there were from the media and it was a very posh venue) They are amazing and very friendly, I wish them all the best in their career and look foward to their album release. Nice pic, David, but why are you resting your arm on the middle gal's shoulder? And how come you're the only one without red-eye??
I gave Triniti a whirl and they're definitely on the Enya side of the musical spectrum.

Actually, if you look closely Steve, he does have red eye too. I had the same problem with the shot of me with Hayley. Photoshop! Sorted in seconds.

Well I finally wanted to see what all the fuss is about so i visited the myspace Triniti page to listen to the clips. I'm sorry to say I wasn't impressed. It all seemed to be over produced, over backed, over dubbed for all I know. it was quite difficult for me to make a judgement on the quality of their voices as I couldn't hear them properly... it could have been the Spice Girls for all I know, under all that backing. Sorry Triniti fans but this is not for me - however, if they get an Il Divo style launch, their album could do quite well. Not top twenty material though, i wouldn't have thought. Now, back to my nice new Andrea Bocelli album! Cheers, Dave

Having just bought the Triniti album, I looked at the tracklisting and had a little thought. I can't remember the rules exactly - and I'm sure it won't - but is there any chance that it will be eligible for the classical charts and effect Hayley's position at the top?
