Hi everyone

Thanks guys for wishing us a good time tonight.

I've woken up to a fine though lightly clouded morning (Broadlands is only about five miles from where I live). The current forecast is looking good.

I'm getting ready for this concert - I'm really excited about this one as I've never seen All Angels before although I have their first CD.

Now, should I iron the Gold Circle wrist bands?

Can't believe you're not going to this one Dave. Can't think of anything I wouldn't miss to be at a nearby Hayley gig, except my own funeral ! Radio Solent are still saying scattered thundery showers this afternoon and 26 C. I'm taking my sun hat which can double as a rain hat if needs be ! At least if it does rain, it will be warm rain !! I've just been to the station to get my ticket and check the trains and it's hazy sunshine and VERY humid. Not a day for a plastic mac !! P.S. Colin, I'm not wearing my wristband till I get there in case I lose it ! If you're only 5 miles away, you've got time to walk it on such a nice day !

The weather forecast is good.

Sadly I am not able to go as my husband is not well and because he is disabled I am unable to leave him or get any one to look after him at short notice.

Hi everyone,

As it is now 2.40am, I will merely confirm that the setlist posted by James is correct. In addition to all those songs from Hayley, we also got eleven from All Angels, seven from Blake and the usual spectacular firework display.

It was good to meet up with Graham and Colin at last and a member who registered very recently, whitewolf13. Oh yes, there was another member who we met for a while... I believe her name was Hayley somebody!

I remember being thrilled & fascinated by the Woburn Abbey Concert

for a lot of reasons but especially that Hayley had sung both Rule Brittania & Land of Hope & Glory.

I wondered at the time whether Hayley's thinking was that she may be invited to the last Night of the Proms someday & so was making sure she was good & ready to sing the crowd ritual favourites.

Well, I still think that....but people love them anyhow so why not put them on the end of a concert as a stirring finale as you guys have just witnessed.
