Hi Graham & Ross, Ross: Here's the Weka Pass Steam Engine. Very attractive to Steam Engine buffs !!! source: www.wekapassrailway.co.nz/We might be able to persuade Hayley to come for a ride on it in the afternoon before her concert wearing her blackest dress & plenty of black make up. And Thanks for your Christmas Wishes Graham (other version) The same to you & also from me to Ross. I'm still fascinated by the Bethlehem event & what it was pronouncing. I try to ignore the commercial hype. Graeme. PS Ross: I'd already stored the Engine pics URL on notepad. Your note made me decide to post it.

Transport to and from the event won't be a problem, I will be taking my car so if you are accommodated in CH CH I can always take you and anyone else who is looking for transport likewise. Looking forward to meeting you and the rest of the crew who are attending these concerts, Take care, cheers, Rodders

Hi Rodders, I'm going to the Millbrook Concert, hopefully I'll have my ticket for Waipara before I go to Queenstown, Millbrook concert should be over at 7pm, but hard to tell when we could get out of there, probably stay in Queenstown after and drive to Waipara early Sunday AM. (it's good to have a plan even tho' its iffy.).......TimJ

Hi All, We drove past the Mud Hut on our way to Christchurch a few days ago. looks exactly like it's supposed to. Couldn't figure where Hayley & Dave would be performing though. See everybody there. Hayley said "see you in Waipara" to us in Kerikeri so she has inside information from somewhere. Graeme

Graeme Hi Graeme As has been said a number of times before, Hayley does look at the forum and I'd put money on her being very keen to find out how many 'friends' she is going to see during this concert tour. You all have my permission to enjoy every minute second! Best wishes Grant

Hi Graeme This sounds like an interesting venue I think you're right Grant, my guess is that Hayley is particularly interested to know which of her HWI friends will be at this concert. Have a great time all of you that are going (like you wouldnt anyway). I'm already looking forward to hearing all about it. Take care Mark

To all attending this concert, the Mud House Sauvignon Blanc is world class and highly recommended. I know Hayley prefers red, but I hope along with the rest of you she gets a chance to sample this delicious fresh and fruity wine.

Heh, maybe that's why she hasn't made plans yet to tour the States. She's not old enough to drink wine in America! :je Times sure have changed. The legal drinking age was 18 back when I was a freshman in college -- what little of it I can remember!

Hi all, We're looking forward to Waipara & Blenheim too.
One point of concern is the weather....its unbelievably complex to forecast here depending on goodness how many different factors!!!
Anyhow we bought a couple of plastic rainjackets in the $2 shop today as a backup since umbrellas are out.
Take note any Waipara & Blenheim concertgoers.
Graeme
