Hi Graeme Brilliant!! Thanks so much - I love sound checks!! PS. Please excuse the noises occasionally coming from us. We forgot that the camera was listening to us as well as to Hayley. Don't worry about that either, it's nice to hear what you and Marianne sound like. Best wishes Grant

Thanks Graeme, Sometimes I think the sound check is more fun to watch than the concert i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif, to see Hayley in control of things. It's a big file bur it was definitely Worth the wait Best Wishes from the windy UK. Steve H

Hi Stuart,
Thank you so much for posting your wonderful pictures of Hayley in Waipura, NZ. I especially love Hayley in the royal blue dress. She is absolutely stunning in it. The dress is definitely a keeper. I always look forward to your fabulous photography.

These are fabulous. I loved the two encores. Yet another side to Hayley's wonderful talent And what an atmosphere! Must have been great to be there. On Welcome Home she reminds me of Grace Slick, another long forgotten female vocal heroine of mine. If she ever turned her hand to rock, she would be sensational, just as she is at everything else she does. Has there ever been a singer who could perform so many different styles of music so brilliantly? I think that drip feeding concerts to me like that results in a near permanent state of Hayleywowedness. So thanks once again Ross

Has there ever been a singer who could perform so many different styles of music so brilliantly? Hi Martin, Is that a rhetorical question or would I be throwing a cat amongst the pigeons by suggesting Freddie Mercury? In essence though I do agree with you - the first 3 times I saw Hayley live were a classical concert with an orchestra, the Shepherd's Bush rock/pop concert and then songs from WSS. Very different styles, but all superbly done. I can't remember if I've already thanked your for the videos Ross, but I downloaded them at the weekend and had a very enjoyable Sunday evening watching them. James

Hello Graeme, I just had a look at "Summer Fly"...how did you keep so still? I'll have a go at the other videos tomorrow Joe Hi Joe...I was sitting hunched up on the ground Joe & I think I held the camera on top of one of my knees. Wasn't comfortable but I knew the song would be about 3 minutes. Added to that I rotated the camera 90 deg to fit a nice close Hayley in, not realising that I would need to get a video editor capable of rotating 90 back the other way & converting from .mov to .avi. Hi James,
Yes, I agree, Freddie Mercury, my favourite male singer, was also brilliantly adaptable, just like my favourite female singer.
