Hi Andrew, I didn't want to bother Dave Hi Stephany, Why? I'm downloading these videos at the moment but it is very slow, your server doesn't want to go any faster than about 23 KB/s (I often manage 60 to 600 KB/s) but that could just be because a) a lot of us are all trying to d/l at the same time i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif and/or b) it's a busy time for Internet - daytime in North America and evening in Europe. When I've got some more of them, I'll have a look to see what if anything can be done to shrink the files with minimal quality loss. We ought to be able to get these down to well under half their present size, possibly less than one quarter. We shall see. Cheers, Dave

The video "God Defend New Zealand" works as well. Thank you, Paul, for taking all those videos. You were filming all the time during the concert and I wondered when we're going to see the videos...and here they are! Very well done! Thomas

Hi Comet and Stephany - and not forgetting Dave's expertise,
Thanks for the great videos - almost as good as being there!
Enormous files to download! Comet must have a ginormous(!) camera ... or just a very big heart.
Many thanks for the enjoyment.
Paddy

Paul has also sent the clips to Drew so hopefully he will also find a way to upload them just in case it doesn't work with my server. Stephany Paul has indeed sent the clips to Drew and (in due course) he will be merging the two sources together to come up with the Shepherds Bush Christmas Edition. I was delighted to hear that Gerald had viewed the DVD (of Shepherds Bush) that I had presented to Hayley at the Mermaid.

Hello everyone, especially Stephany and Comet! Neither of whom is online at the moment... so I'd better post links for the final two 'Comet' videos (I hope that's OK Stephany ) - these are shrunk to less than 25% of original file size but are still quite big as each contains two songs! Sonny and Summer Fly 320 x 240, 464 kbps, 28.2 MB. I Hope I Never and May It Be 320 x 240, 464 kbps, 34.7 MB Many thanks to Comet our illustrious videographer and Stephany for the files and also, to Richard whose "NOUBBC" tag method improvement makes my very long links a lot easier to deal with! If anyone still has trouble getting these files, I could split the two files into four (one for each song), all you have to do is ask. Cheers, Dave

Hi Folks. When I got home from Shepherds Bush and heard the sound quality on Drew's videos compared with the videos I had taken, they came very close to the " DELETE " button a few times. For some reason the software with the Canon camera was " UNABLE " to transfer the files, something like "BUFFER IS NOT VALID " kept coming up after the software had pretended to transfer the files showing an Icon as if the file was there but having no content or ZERO BYTES. This was when the files nearly got deleted accidentally. Luckily my son had a memory card reader and the files were saved and transferred that way. I was only able to see them on the TV and the sound and vision could only be described as awful. I had taken the video on three different memory sticks with photos in between which seemed to be causing endless trouble with the software and my dying computer. Most of the videos were taken using Thomas and Timj for cover. My greatest regret now is that I did not have a better camera to record this wonderful event for posterity. I have looked at them several times and the more I see them the more I realise the fun element does come across in them. Just at the end of the Mummers Dance you will see the camera police reaching for the camera. Luckily I stepped back and the rail and Steve and Stuart prevented the contact, I didn't even see it coming. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifListen out for the HWI members singing God Defend New Zealand. I have no idea how to upload or download video STUFF so I sent the lot to Stephany, I know the quality is awful but to those of us who were there I hope these videos bring back some very emotional memories of an amazing evening the likes of which may never be repeated again, but here's to wishing maybe they will. comet

Are you kidding, Paul? The quality is NOT awful - we can clearly see and hear Hayley, that's the most important. You are so right in saying that they bring back amazing memories. I am eternally grateful to you, Drew and Mark for recording your wonderful videos. A million thanks again, Paul. You have no idea how happy I am when I watch your videos again and again. Just at the end of the Mummers Dance you will see the camera police reaching for the camera. Luckily I stepped back and the rail and Steve and Stuart prevented the contact, I didn't even see it coming. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifYou stepped back and you didn't even stop your camera! I was amazed because you managed to get the end of the song anyway, haha. Well-done, Paul Stephany i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Thanks Comet!! Don't Ever Delete Hayley Content. You have to remember that many of cannot see her live so this little bit good or not is a slice of heaven for us less fortunate to not live in the UK where the bulk of the live concerts are. Your view point was very good!! Again thank you for taking the time to film it at all, I really enjoyed it yet again. The camera police were off duty that night thank god lol Many Thanks Monte (Starbuck)
