Hayley Westenra (or 'Hayles', as she told me she prefers to be known – I'm so showbiz) Interesting!! Not long ago we were considereing "Hayles" to be a 'privileged' nickname, now it seems she prefers it. Wonder if that applies to us? Personally, I feel it is too personal, but then I've never been a great fan of nicknames, besides which, I think "Hayley" is one of the most gorgeous girls names there is. So why shorten it? Guess we could ask her! Best wishes Grant

Thanks for the beautiful photo, Steve and Drew. What excellent taste in clothing this young lady has......I have never seen such good selections in the outfits that she wears. I can't wait to see what she will wear next!

Grant wrote Hi Grant Sorry this is off topic but I just had to say that until reading this, I didnt know of that nickname. The spooky thing is that I actually refer privately to Hayley as "Hayles" , usually to myself or when refering to her infront of my family and nearly always after listening to her sing one of my favourite tracks on CD. Picture the scene, I find a rare quiet moment to myself at home, I lay out on the sofa and turn my Bose sound system up to a decent volume. Sometime later, the sound of Hayleys voice is fading away after the last bar of Sonny and in the moment of silence before the next track, I can be heard softly muttering "absolutely fantastic Hayles" just as though she is in the room with me. Oh how I wish she was, because I truly mean what I say I have many times at concerts almost uttered the same words as Hayley finishes a song - just for that moment forgetting where I am Oh well, back on topic - I hope your tickets arrive soon Best regards Mark

Seriously though, I agree we English are very conservative when it comes to expressing our feelings in public. Only recently at Chichester I felt like giving a standing ovation but would have felt a real wally if no one else joined me. Martin

Hi everyone I have just looked on the ticket booking page and it seems the Premier tickets are still available I'm not sure that I understand the seating arrangements - for the premier, do you get an allocated seat ? If so, booking so late, would I be at the back of the premier seating area do you think ? What if it rains Oh - I dont know.... Mark
