Hi Susie A very warm welcome to our forum from me too. I'm sorry to say that I wasn't at Woburn but I have very much enjoyed all the reports, photo's & videos - almost as if I were with you, without the rain Anyway, Vittorio certainly is a charactor and has a fantastic voice, he & our Hayley match very well. I look forward to your future posts. Best wishes Mark

# 298 Hi Graeme, during the day I've tried to figure out the lyrics used by Hayley for the two songs. When I read your post I can't resist... Here's my attempt: Rule BritanniaWhen Britain first at Heav'n's command Arose from out the azure main; Arose, arose from out the azure main; This was the charter, the charter of the land, And guardian angels sang this strain; |:Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves: Britons never never never shall be slaves. The nations not so blest as thee, Must in their turns to tyrants fall; While thou shalt flourish great and free, The dread and envy of them all. |:Chorus:| The Muses, still with freedom found, Shall to thy happy coast repair; Blest of the future! With matchless beauty crowned, (?) And manly hearts to guide the fair. |:Chorus:| (In the line with the question mark I'm not sure concerning the underlined words.) Pomp and Circumstances Land of Hope and Glory, Mother of the Free, How shall we extol thee, Who are born of thee? Wider still and wider Shall thy bounds be set; |: God, who made thee mighty, Make thee mightier yet. (Only the Chorus) Greetings to the antipodes Karsten

I have just received an email from Steve Abbott who wished me to apologise to everyone who attended the Woburn event on Saturday. Their transport arrangements were such that they had to leave the event immediately the concert was concluded. Apparently, Hayley was back in London within one hour of coming off stage.

Roger You mean Hayley had to catch the last bus? (seriously, it was very thoughful and considerate of Steve to send the email). Martin

Roger That is absolutely brilliant!!One never doubts that Hayley and her management consider her fans (especially HWI ones!) but to have it confirmed like that is very special. Thanks for passing the message on Roger. Best wishes Grant

Hi Roger I know I wasn't at this concert, but how very considerate of Steve to actually let you know why Hayley wasn't around after the show. We all fully understand of course that it is simply not possible for Hayley to see her fans (even HWI fans) after every show, I for one, certainly never take it for granted. I guess it just shows how much we (the fans) are valued and appreciated by Hayley & Steve - and that really is a nice feeling Best wishes Mark

How considerate to be given that sort of information. It makes all the difference to artist supporters when they are shown such consideration. Hi stuart...thanks for the welcome. Your pictures are stunning! I am guessing you had less pink champagne than me... mine were a little wobbly!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif
