Thanks for the link, Martin. An event in Jersey was mentioned by Bedlam Management long ago but no venue was stated and I still haven't received absolute confirmation that it will go ahead. If it is now showing on the BBC website (so long after it was mentioned to me) it is looking very likely. I will add it to the list of questions for Steve A next time I see him!

Hello Martin, Roger and Stephany (congratulations by the way!  ) I would just add that the Jersey event advised by Bedlam Management some time ago is for the same date reported by the BBC i.e 9th July... and that Hayley would have no difficulty in getting there from Stoke, as Manchester Airport and Birmingham Airport are both only an hour's car drive away. We've had it listed in the main website Concerts Schedule as "Unconfirmed" for several months now so perhaps things have moved on a little. By the way, Gardar Thor Cortes is the new no. 1 in the UK Classical Charts and he has also shot into the pop chart at no. 27!  I read somewhere that he is the biggest selling singer ever, in Iceland! I hope this concert is confirmed. Cheers, Dave |

Well, when I read the headline to this forum, I almost fell out of my chair! I thought that "Jersey" meant my home, "New Jersey", in the USA. Good thing that I kept on reading before I scrambled to get tickets.

The date for this is the day after Stoke. Assuming Hayley will return to London on Friday night, a midday flight to Jersey would be easily do-able although I think it would mean an overnight stay as I don't think there are any late flights back. Bit of a long way for me, so I won't be going to this one even if it does happen  Best wishes Grant |

Hi Stephany,
Well, yes, it was included on a schedule that Bedlam Management sent through long ago, but no details of the venue were given. We therefore treated it as "slightly confirmed"!
We don't usually accept the venue's own publicity as absolute confirmation but, as it is appearing after all this time, I am inclined to believe that it will happen.
If anyone sees Steve or Kathryn in Cardiff next week, would you please ask him as I won't be there. Thanks.
