That reminds me, I mentioned to Roger on the way back from Cardiff on Monday that Danielle (Bedlam) caught my ear as we were leaving but I couldn't remember what she'd promised to do. Now, I remember! She promised to get that Jersey concert up on the Official site, after I'd earlier gently chastised her and Decca for ignoring it!

So now we know, Danielle is as good as her word and we can rely on her! I will now remove "Unconfirmed" from the HWI website schedule.

Oh look, there are a few more concerts to add, too... *rushes off to get the details*

Hi Dori,

I am not aware that any of our members have gone to this event. Jersey, one of the Channel Isles, is much closer to France than it is to England and means a flight or a lengthy ferry journey. Our best hope of a first-hand report would be if someone attending the concert subsequently registers as a member. Otherwise, we are dependent upon a review being found online.

I'm afraid there's nothing either in the French press.
We should check out Gardar Cortes' fansites - it is possible that some of his fans write reviews of the concert.

I went on the Jersey Evening Post Website and they are supposed to have a review of the National Symphony Orchestra and Hayley Westenra in the Monday Edition. The website address is: www.thisisjersey.com. Hopefully they will have it online for viewing later today.

Fingers crossed Hopefully we'll get that review soon, no doubt Hayley was amazing again not to mention the amazing National Symphony Orchestra which was a splendid accompaniment.

I have just checked this link and there is no mention of the concert. So I guess there is not going to be any online review now.
