We got here in the Netherlands an Earthquake 4.5 on the scale of Richter at 21,00 hr local time, and i noticed it.....not thinking about an earthquake, i had in mind a heavy truck was passing by.

2011 has certainly been a precarious year for the worldwide economy. Worst of all this is the first year I haven't been to a Hayley concert. Previously I've never missed a year since 2007, the year I first heard her on PBS. Several years I made two trips to the U K and Ireland. And every time I saw multiple concerts. Well I've already got three concerts lined up in 2012 and I'm hoping that perhaps I'll be able to see her on this side of the ocean.

Sissel is my next favorite soprano after Hayley. I love Sissel's O Mio Babbino Caro on you tube. Sisal's emotions as she sings belie her many year of experience. The body language while sing adds a lot to the enjoyment of the performance.

Looking forward to the concert report from Llandudno. I would have been there; but didn't get my release from the Doc until it was too late. See you all in March.

Wishing you well Larry in your aspirations. A whole year without Hayley does seem a terrible burden. Despite her being very pressed for time at Llandudno, that short experience was a great tonic.
I'm booked for the Northampton and Bournemouth concerts so far next year and wait to see what else transpires.

It concerns me that only Fox interviewed Hayley. Fox is owned by Rupert Murdoch who is from Australia. New Zealand is an Australian neighbor so perhaps that's why they interviewed her.Obviously the U S tastes haven't changed.

I've made some posts tonight for the simple reason that I feel that too many members seem to nit pick Hayley to pieces. None of you are music critics, although you would think they were the way they jump on the most minuscule miscue made by Hayley. Hey folks this is a fan site not a critics corner.Incidentally I've never seen anyone who has seen Hayley in concert criticize her. Of course she has performed when she was ill just so not as to let her fans down and then she may have not been up to par; but thats understandable. Larry

Hi Larry, Stir away glad to see you online. I'm having dreadful connection problems, not sure if it is a hub or my Internet Service provider. This post might even get through before I get a TIMED OUT NOTICE
