That made me chuckle, that is definately the optimistic view! It was freezing! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifOn a plus note, the singing helped keep me warm! Hayley was sublime, the Quartet were also excellent! I was stood just next to the fence, waiting for Mum to go to the ladies, when said Volkswagen People Carrier drove past me. I was stood there, cig in mouth, thinking, by heck (I'm from yorkshire!) there are some nice looking lasses in the car, when one of them stared straight at me. After it had driven another 20 yards and pulled up, i realised it was Hayley! I managed a couple of shots in the car park, but using the zoom lens, so she now probably thinks she has a Paparazzi stalker! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI took a few pictures of the hall and the star, but excuse some of them. I have now decided that a concert is not the best place to start learning to use a new camera, especially as it's getting dark and you can't use the flash! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifentertainment.webshots.com/album/564188069mkgdwsMark

Im afraid i didnt have my camera with me last night, knowing how Mr Richards hates photographs being taken, i was on the front row so decided it wasnt worth risking! The concert was absolutely fantastic though, it was great to see her accompanied by Al again and the Raven Quartet, who were very good but i felt it showed that this was only their second performance with hayley! Andy, it was really nice to meet you and i look forward to seeing you again in Stoke, very sorry i got your name confused in the first instance, me and anmes dont mix! lol.

Welcome Mark. Just had a look at your shots. Don't leave the fishtank beside the cooker the fish might jump into the frying pan...... The other pictures of Hayley were good too ! Greetings from Dublin

dkeeno... I don't understand Mr Richards. There are signs saying no flash photography or video cameras, then he says no photography at all! He did the same thing last year and Hayley had to come on and say in the second half that she had no problems with photo's being taken, just not with a flash. (of course, there are still some in the audience that ignored her and used a flash, which doesn't help matters! )Hence i decided to ignore him and take piccies! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifcomet... Thanks! That was a tank for Mum!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I have a 3 tanks, a 3' a 4' and a 6'. That one was too small for me! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifMark

Hi! Andy, thank you for your quick report. Hayley's memory is remarkable. I'm happy that you and your family could enjoy the concert in dry weather conditions ... and you met Hayley. She's such a friendly and thoughtful person. See you in Stoke-on-Trent. Mark (englishstgeorge), welcome to the forum. Nice you enjoyed the concert as well. I was taking a look at your pictures and when my eyes don't trick me I can see Andy on the two photos of the car park. Thomas

Hi all,
I'm glad that the weather cooperated for the concert. Wonderful photos Mark (englishstgeorge) of the manor house. Loved the photos of Hayley on stage and in the car park - where I can see Andy in his HWI-fleecy top (glad you brought it...I love mine).
Cheers all, Joe
PS welcome to the forum, Mark.

Thanks for the very nice photos.
Unless I'm very much mistaken I've spotted Andy on two of them.
Thanks to you for the set list.

Cheers all, Joe Yes Joe, I love my fleecy top too! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif It arrived from New Zealand a few days before the concert, so i was thrilled to be able to fly the HWI flag! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I even asked Hayley what she thought of it, she said it was very nice and liked the colours! Cheers!

Welcome to the forum Mark, nice photos. I feel quite famous now, nice shots of my new HWI fleece! Hayley's car had pulled up in the wrong car park and she got out to see if she could remember where to go next. Of course, me being a supa dupa car park attendant!! (in the right place at the right time) was able to point her in the right direction! Great to meet you Danny, I will see you again in Stoke. Many thanks Thomas, will look forward to meeting up again in Stoke.

Hi Andy,
Thanks for the report. The set list was almost identical to Kilworth. I'm glad you enjoyed it and got to meet Hayley again. I suggested this concert to my brother, who I have been trying to persuade to go and see Hayley, and who lives in Altrincham, but he couldn't make it. I am noe suggesting Bridgewater Hall on the ROD.

Hi Martin, Its a shame that your brother couldn't make the concert, I'm sure he would of been definitely Hayleywoowd!!. It was an absolutely fantastic day out, as I've said before we met up with Hayley 3 times during the day which was lovely! I'd like to go to the Bridgewater Hall concert, the place is just made for Hayley's beautiful voice, but have booked for Llandudno. I'll have to talk nicely to the wife i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifNice to hear from you again, hope Sue is well. Andy

...she turned to our daughter and said “I remember you, you’re Bethany”. This was remarkable, as it was over 3 months ago that Hayley met Beth at Buxton, and after all the people she must have met around the world since then, she actually remembered her. Of course, she made Beth feel very special and it goes to show what a fantastic person Hayley is. That was amazing! I'm sure your daughter was thrilled that Hayley remembered her. It is amazing how much time Hayley dedicates to her fans. Even with her busy schedule, she always seems to find time to have a chat or sign an autograph. She looked and sounded beautiful. She must be good, as she had our 7 year old’s full attention, all the way through!! I can relate to that. I couldn't take my eyes off the stage when I saw Hayley in concert. Thanks Andy for the report, hope you all had a great evening.

Hi all This is my first attempt at uploading a picture on the forum - not a bad effort considering we were warned not to take pictures! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I didn't use flash, there's no way I'd have put Hayley off, I just timed it right in between numbers. Andy
