Hi Lindsay,
Many thanks for sharing your fine collection of photographs. These are some of the best we have seen throughout the entire Il Divo tour.
Best wishes, Roger

Hi Lindsay.
Two months late to say 'welcome' but none the less delighted to hear `from you. Your pics are superb. I hesitate to post the few i have selected for my contribution on Macclesfield as, although the framing of them is up to established standard, my small digital x12 only zoom is unquestionably limited. i really must make that transition from film but a decent camera is so clunky by comparison.
Anyway, well done and thank you for your contribution.
Peter

Belinda, Joe, Richard, Stuart, Roger, Steve H, Graemek and Peter... Thank you for your nice comments about my pictures. I'm glad you like them.
For those who want to know: - I was in the 4th row in front of the right side of the stage - I used a Canon EOS 300D Digital Reflex camera with a Canon Zoom Lens EF 75-300 mm 1:4-5.6 II
Now about security...we were really lucky at the concert in Petworth...they didn't search our bags when we entered the venue. So I had no problem taking my camera with me. But then...even if they had warned us not to use our camera and we did it anyway...it would have been very hard for them to get to us because of the huge audience.

Hi everyone Sorry it took so long before I came back to this forum to post the pics I took at the concert in Petworth. If you click on this picture, it'll take you to my Petworth Photo Album. Scroll down to the bottom of the page (as first there are a lot of Il Divo pictures), there you will find 53 pics of Hayley. Enjoy! Hi Alegria, I love your Pentworth House Portfolio! Every picture looks SO professional... [glow=blue,12,300]Hayley shines![/glow] Please keep up your excellent work Alegria. Regards, Andrew

Alegria-Lindsay-Hi A question has been wandering around in my head for some time. It seems to me that you'd be just the person to answer it if you can: Do you know any comments the Il Divo guys have made re Hayley eg. as a performer,as a person, as a singer etc. etc.?? I would be very interested to know. I'm not aware of anything up to now except the 'little sister' comment. Thanks...Graemek

Graeme,
I have seen them perform together at:
Nottingham Brussels Warwick Petworth Blickling
I do not recall a single comment from the four boys in reference to their "little sister", or anyone else who performed before them, whilst they were on stage.
Perhaps Lindsay might have heard something off stage.
I did notice in the photographs from Derby (the last night of the tour) that Il Divo called members of their own band to take part in the final bow. I don't know if Hayley was asked to join in, or had she already hit the M1 south.
Also interesting to note (I am quite sure) that Il Divo arrived at Petworth and Blickling by helicopter, thus avoid the traffic and the sound checks. They obviously had confidence in Hayley getting the sound right!

Lindsay,
Excellent photos. Well done. It is good to see that you have also captured both supporting artists, Al Gurr and Fiona Swadling.
I was in the front row when Hayley was performing. It seems like you got a better view than I did.
I suspect that there were clouds in my eyes again, it's that "Pokarekare ana" that makes them misty.

Hi Drew, I think it was before you joined us! Hello everybody! There is an article, with a competition to win tickets to see Hayley with Il Divo, in today's Sunday Mail. 16 July 2006 HAYLEY: I'M IL DIVO'S LITTLE SISTERHAYLEY WESTENRA says she has no chance of romance with an Il Divo hunk - because they treat her like a little sister. The 19-year-old singer will perform at Edinburgh Castle on Thursday before the popera stars take to the stage. She said: "We get along great. There's no romance - they all watch their language around me." We're offering three readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to see Hayley and Il Divo. For your chance to win simply tell us which high-waisted talent show judge put together Il Divo. Call 0901 562 8722 and leave your answer, name, address, phone number and date of birth. Or text SM8722 followed by a space, your answer, space, your name, space, date of birth and send to 86600. Contest closes noon on Tuesday. Calls from 60p per minute. Text entries £1.50 plus standard text rate. Sunday Mail rules apply.
Richard This is where you missed it !! you must have been too busy looking at stage doors
