Hello all! I was wondering if Hayley often does concerts in the more southern part of England. I'm going to be in England in September, and I'll be staying in East sussex. I could go to the Cadogan (is that spelled correctly?) Hall concert, but its about 2 hours to go to London, which is a little far for me. considering I'm not familiar with the area. Thanks -Elizabeth

Hello again Elizabeth - oh, and welcome to the forum! The only other forthcoming Hayley concert in the South East that I know of at present is an *unconfirmed* one at Canterbury Cathedral on 27 October this year. I hope that isn't too far from you or too late for you. www.canterburyfestival.co.uk/eventdetail.asp?id=17Other concerts are expected to be added before Christmas in England but no details have been announced - and it's worth repeating that the Canterbury one is currently unconfirmed by Hayley and her Management. Cheers, Dave

Hi Elizabeth and welcome to HWI ! Cadogan Hall is a good idea if you like to see Hayley in September. Though you are not familiar with the area here's a littlte description. Maybe helpful, maybe not. I don't know how you can go to London. If you go by train from East Sussex you probabely arrive at Victoria Station. But it doesn't matter at which station you arrive you will have access to the Underground everywhere. To Cadogan Hall you take the Underground to the station "Sloane Square" (District Line and Central Line). From there it is a two minute walk to Cadogan Hall. The entrance is at Sloane Terrace where you can also find the box office to buy the ticket. On the website www.cadoganhall.com/howtofindcadoganhall.html you can find a map. The first time I was there to buy my ticket I was completely lost. But I asked somebody who came across my way where to find the hall and he showed me where it is. If you plan to go there by car there are also some information on the Cadogan Hall website. www.cadoganhall.com/parking.html Just check it out. Thomas

Hi Elizabeth,
Welcome to the forum.
If you live in the south of England you are well placed to get to see Hayley regularly as she often bases herself in London for part of the year We have been very lucky during the last year.
I look forward to reading your posts or maybe meeting you at a concert soon.
Stuart

Thanks so much everyone for your help! I will be in England in September, and I look forward to seeing Hayley in concert for the first time. I've heard (and read on the forum) that seeing her live is a real experience and quite worth the ticket price. Thanks again -Elizabeth

ONe last question- Canterbury Cathedral is in Kent correct? How far away is Kent from East Sussex approximately? Even though this performance isn't confirmed, I was just wondering if its a long trip or if its fairly close. I'll be living at Herstmonceux Castle for University and I think the nearest town is Hailsham. Is that close to Kent? Thanks again -Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth,
It looks as though you could be in luck. East Sussex and Kent are adjacent counties. Herstmonceux is about 55 miles (88 km) from Canterbury. But as Dave said, the Canterbury concert is still unconfirmed. Keep looking at this forum though and we will bring you further news as soon as it is known. You never know, I might even see you there!
Roger

Hello Elizabeth! If you do go to see Hayley at Cadogan Hall on 23rd September, and travel to London Victoria by train, Sloane Square is only one stop on the London Underground Circle and District Lines from Victoria. When you arrive at Sloane Square, turn right out of the station and you will see Cadogan Hall about 150 yards straight in front of you at the top of Sedding Street. I'm certainly going to this concert, so I hope to see you there too! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI'm also hoping to see Hayley at Canterbury Cathedral on 27th October 2006. Best Wishes, Richard
