Great news Keith! I've found the website for Joe's Pub...http://www.joespub.com/ . Looks like they have quite a large range of performances listed. Their calendar doesn't mention Hayley in their calendar for 24 June. But I expect they will soon.

Yes it's great news, and I notice that the 7:30 slot is free on the 24th, so that's for Hayley!

This could be an interesting experience for Hayley if she stays on after her performance, the 9:30pm act is:

Likes like a great gig for Hayley! I would imagine its something very different to what shes used to aswell, although it looks like a superb venue!

As people may know, I was at the Classical Brit Awards last night (May 26th) and, in conversation with Steve (Hayley's manager), it has been confirmed that there will be a second performance at Joe's Pub on August 4th. Contact details are:

Tickets may not yet be available but, keep trying. See if you can place an advance order (ticket reservation). During my conversation with Steve and Costa Pilavichi (Decca Classics Chief Executive) Steve told Costa that the tickets for June 24th sold out within 15 minutes of my announcing the show on the forum. So, HWI works.

I will be interested to see how hayley will be accompanied in this smaller venue....I wouldn't have thought it was an ideal place for an ensemble like the one used in the Pure Tour. Maybe a backing track will be played??? Anybody got any thoughts on this?

Yeah, Robin. I was wondering that as well. Would space allow for a full orchestra. It would be brilliant hearing her sing accompanied by a solo piano. I'm still hoping that Hayley will appear in a proper concert hall or stadium.

Some info about Joe's Pub...it's located at 425 Lafayette St., NYC, between East 4th and Astor Place.

Via the subway - Take N train to Broadway & 8th St. or 6 train to Astor Place.

Named in honor of The Public Theater/NYSF's founder, Joseph Papp, Joe's Pub features food, drink, and eclectic entertainment. The Pub is open every day from 6pm to 4am. A pre-theater prix fix menu is offered from 6pm to 7:30pm. The regular menu is available until midnight.

I shall be eager to read your reviews and thoughts about Hayley's fantastic debut show.
