Hi again, also found an older listing of Hayley singing 'Never saw Blue' on Channel 9, accompanied by Fiona Pears, that is worth a look if you have not already seen it. Never Saw Blue on 9 Graham

Hi, Recent addition, Hayley on Danish TV, singing 'Never Saw Blue', with an elaborate stage set of flying/swimming mermaids! NEVER SAW BLUEWorth a look !! ..... Graham Hi Graham and everyone This is definitely worth a look! I thought I remembered the mermaids, but certainly not the lyrics! This version has a different first verse which I have never (to the best of my knowledge) heard before! "Today, I took a walk On a beach; along the harbour Climbed the hill above the bay" Is anyone familiar with this variation which, incidentally, was only posted on youtube today! Best wishes Grant

Drat - my Firefox video downloader seems to have stopped working. Anybody managed to download the Danish one? It is a beautiful video of Hayley as well as being rather unusual. Thanks for posting the link, Graham.

Hi everyone Thanks for finding that Graham. I cant think when or where but I'm sure I've seen that before I certainly remember the mermaids and I think - the different lyrics. I wonder why she chose to make the change for that one performance ? Its a lovely bit of film anyway - particularly as 'Never Saw Blue' is probably my all time favourite Hayley song Mark

You can watch the original clearer version here on HWII know Zencat24's pinched it from there because I edited it, with specific fades - and his is an exact match. If anyone who's a member of YouTube wants to ask him to credit and link to the source (not me but HWI !), feel free to do so. Dave Edit I'm now locking this thread to avoid further duplication - see the original thread here (too slow to catch Mark's post ) but I'll leave the links up above, for anyone who can't see the HWI original
