Thank you for your warm welcome. Hopefully, my English is fairly good enough for the conversation here. Well, for identification here's a photo of Hayley and me after the Union Chapel show. Sorry for the poor quality but I'm not really into photgraphie and don't use an expensive camera. Comet, yes I think we talked at the Union Chapel back door. Fortunately, I did not need to use a train or the tube late at that night and had the chance to meet Hayley again. And Joyce, yes I'm going to both concerts in Cork. Two concerts on one trip abroad was an opportunity not to miss. Hope to meet you there, too. Best wishes from Germany. Tristan

Hi all, my name is John Michael and I am from Indiana, USA. I have been a fan since 2006. I was able to take a "short" trip (9 hour drive one way) to Madison Wisconsin to see Hayley for the first time. I was totally blown away When I went to meet with her after the concert I could not even remember my name. Good grief, talk about star-struck! Looking forward to some day seeing her again.

Hello John Michael! A good friend of mine from college had the same name as you! I'm sure though your last names are different....or that would be a surprise! I would like to welcome you to the forum! My name is Alicia and I'm from South Carolina. The Madison concerts were magical, weren't they? What night did you go? I would love to read your thoughts and experiences from the concert, if your willing, in the Madison thread under the Tour headline at the home page. Many of us who went posted our thoughts and pictures there. Welcome! Hope to see you around the forums! Alicia PS. I was star-struck too when I met Hayley after the concert. I guess she has that affect on people! Some here call it being Hayleywowed.

Hi there, I'm a newbie here. Actually I've just found this board and wanted to join this international community of Hayley fans! As some of you might know, I'm from Brazil, and I run the Brazilian Hayley fansite www.hayley-westenra.cjb.net. Well, I guess that's all for now! See y'all! Hi, Just now happened to see this. Wish that I had found it a few weeks ago during Hayley's Brazilian visit. Wonder whether she and Hayley connected then. Do we know anything about Clarissa today? She's new to me. (I find that the site given doesn't work.) Incidentally, that date happens to be about the time I discovered Hayley. BobS

Hello Bob! This was before I joined the forum in 2005. Clarissa appears to have closed her account, and that's all I know about her. I can't find any information on the Brazilian fansite either. Richard

Hello Bob! I haven't seen that forum before, but I recognise the same names too. Natasha Poholka is still a member here, but she's not as active as she used to be. Richard

Hi! My name is Joe. I've only just heard of Hayley's music only about a week ago, strangely enough from another young soprano (you-know-who) message board. Needless to say upon first listening I was totally hooked. After some searching, I was glad that Amazon is selling some of Hayley's CD's (on a wait list, mind). Looking forward to getting "My Gift to You" and "Pure". I hope to stay here for a while and make some HW friends. Hi Joe, Congratulations on your TWELFTH anniversary today! Last sentence above - MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! BobS

Hi everyone! My name is Tom. My introduction to Hayley was Celtic Woman: A New Journey, one of the best concert DVDs I've ever seen. I'm a huge fan of Celtic Woman and all its members, past and present. But I wasn't always the fan I am today. I missed the original PBS special at the Helix when it aired on my local station, as well as A New Journey when it originally aired. In fact, there were quite a few years of missed albums, PBS specials and tours before I finally saw Celtic Woman, so I had to play catch-up for a while. Until recently, I hardly did anything on social media or forums and I hadn't been to many concerts in general. Not including the local symphony, I hadn't attended more than 5 total concerts in my life. I've only been to one Celtic Woman concert (2 more soon) and I've never seen Hayley live (yet). There were a few rough years where I just wasn't interested in that kind of stuff. I didn't know any other Hayley or Celtic Woman fans and I didn't really share my passion for their music with anyone for a long time. I was essentially a ghost fan. The only Celtic Woman performer I've met so far is Chloë. That changed last year around the time Celtic Woman: Destiny was being released. Some things were said on social media by a small number of people that offended me as a fan to the point that I had to address it. So I started getting involved in social media and forums. So here I am. I came across this forum while trying to dig up information on Hayley's new album that may be in the works. This place is definitely the best Hayley resource I've seen. Hayley has one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard. She has tremendous range, power, and precision. Her voice has a unique sort of quality that simultaneously soothes and energizes me. I'm really looking forward to whatever new music and other adventures lie ahead for Hayley. I really hope I get to see her perform some day soon and maybe even meet her. I'd like to thank her for all her wonderful music. Even if I'm too starstruck to articulate much of anything, I'd still like the opportunity to sincerely and repeatedly say "thank you" in her presence while smiling giddily. I'm looking forward to meeting you over here on the forum!

Hello Tom, and welcome to the forum! We don't really know what's happening with Hayley's new album, but we think she may have been working on it in Los Angeles. She recently posted this new video which could be a clue: I hope you will enjoy your visits here and I look forward to your future posts. Best wishes from London, Richard

Hello and welcome, Tom! I'm Joe from Pennsylvania! A sincere 'thank you' for joining us! Hayley's time with Celtic Woman was indeed special...further strengthening her fanbase particularly in North America. Hayley has been writing material for new ideas, as she continues her lovely journey. This 'Greener Lands' video shared this week may lead to something exciting. Looking forward to more wonderful posts from ya, Tom! Wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving on Monday! All my best! Joe
