Hello all, Radio NZ interviewed Hayley quite recently - probably last week between Beverley Minster and Hurtwood's concerts. She talks about buying her flat in London, the new West Side Story recording and...singing for the All Blacks at the Rugby World Cup. Click HERE to listen to the interview. It was so funny when she talked about 'Dulaman'. Best wishes, Stephany

Hi Stephany, Thank you for posting that interview. I found it quite amusing when she was asked about her voice having developed in recent months and she said that some her fans had commented on it. Now, I wonder who that could have been! Roger

Hi Stephany!
Thanks for posting the interview. I really enjoyed all the information (though most of it not new) being said aloud. It sounded like she was on a phone - she must have been. Hayley sounds SO excited about her flat and I for one don't blame her. Congrats once again!

probably last week between Beverley Minster and Hurtwood's concerts. Best wishes, Stephany Hi Stephany Maybe, but more likely between Shrewsbury (when she hadn't got the keys) and Beverley (when she had). I can't remember Hayley's exact words in the interview but it sounded like it had literally just happened. Best wishes Grant P.S. Hayley actually says "the other day"

Hi everyone Thanks very much for finding and posting this interview Stephany. As you say Caitlin, nothing really new but I thought the interviewer did a really good job - she asked some good questions and had obviously done some research. Hayley was relaxed, despite being on the phone and felt able to open up. I first mentioned to Hayley at Porthcawl that I thought her voice sounded differently fantastic She thanked me and said that she thought the accoustics were very good. However, quite a number of concerts later, and we are still telling her how her voice sounds so much more rich - hence the comment. I really enjoyed listening. Mark

Thanks Stephany from me too. I took the precaution of copying it but I think NZ TV keeps their interviews for at least a very long time before they clear their servers. I won't post it unless someone asks me to. Graeme PS Stephany...love your avatar.

I can't remember Hayley's exact words in the interview but it sounded like it had literally just happened. Hi Grant and everyone, I just found the exact date - it was recorded on August 23, 2007. Just a week before Shepherds Bush and two days before Hurtwood. Stephany
