Just finished Orphan train by Christina Baker Kline. Really enjoyed it.
I had started reading it just before the Madison Concert was announced.
By coincidence it connects Ireland, New York. Chicago, Madison.
The book came into the house as the random third selection of a "3 for €20"

Just finished reading this book, not morbid at all. Heading for the Light: The 10 Things That Happen When You DieA subject we will be all affected by sooner or later either directly or indirectly, if it is directly then you will have no need for the book, These are the stories / descriptions of the experiences of people who have had near death experiences and have been resuscitated, in other words they were dead for a very short while and in those seconds or minutes a certain sequence of events happen. The description of these events has been recorded by humans from all nationalities, cultures and religions for some 7,000 years, the similarity of the descriptions is almost always similar. I found the book both comforting and informing about a subject that is eventually unavoidable, the profound transition from this life and into the light. Many of Hayley's songs hint at this Light and it's Source. On the wings of time.
Te moana Te awatea Ka nui taku aroha moa Oh joyful one Cast your golden light Reach out and touch everything in sight
On the wings of time My heart will guide Flying free Flying endlessly
Sail on my dreams Sail on my love I need only look to the stars above
Te moana Te awatea Sail on my dreams Sail on my love
