One of the most inspiring programmes I've seen for a long time was on Channel 4 last night. Ten former addicts including Rachel (I didn't know she was an alcoholic) came together with the help of the LSO to perform Beethoven's 7th Symphony (the part from "The King's Speech.") As usual with late night programmes on C4 the language is strong but let that not blind you to what virtue there is !
