Well, Martin, you got me thinking and I couldn't stop! I decided to gather a photo of Hayley from every year from 2003-2014 with about the same stance/expression. I realize it's not perfect, but it's quite interesting!

Yes, I keep thinking I might do somethig like that with my banner. I thought that when she was celebration her 10 years in the business, and still haven't got round to it.
