After work on Saturday I drove about an hour to French Farm Winery on the opposite side of the Akaroa Harbour from Akaroa. View of the harbour I arrived after 6pm to see Fiona and her band warming up. Only two band members were present tonight with Mike Ferrar on guitar and Peter Fleming on Double Bass. At 6:30pm we got a glass of Champagne and some entrees to eat. View of the Winery venue About 7pm Fiona and the band started playing to a small audience of 25 seated around tables. I had a table right next to the stage. I was only about 2m from Fiona i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif. Thanks for your report and photographs, Ross! I corrected your spelling of "Tchavolo Swing". The piece is dedicated to guitarist Tchavolo Schmitt: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tchavolo_SchmittRichard
