I looovvvee this new dress!! A new favorite for me!  I also really like that red top in the signing pictures. She always looks great, but for some reason, it just becomes her especially well, though the hair style may also have something to do with it. Actually, she's probably getting into whatever song she's singing. I don't know her personally, but is she really the type who would glare at somebody for using flash?
