It's amazing how expectations and tastes differ. I found the whole interview quite amusing and lighthearted, Let's get Hayley in and then we'll hit on her mother They don't seem to worry to much about political correctness, ie their references to Andrea and Kiri Tek.

HaHa! Well, I'm a bit with Richard and a bit with you Comet. It was totally light hearted, Hayley and Jill must have known what they were letting themselves in for and I think it's all credit to them for going along with it. The best bit for me was the dig at Dame Doo Dah making the day her own if asked to sing at Hayley's wedding - I think there's more chance of Hayley asking me than that happening! Best wishes Grant

I'm somewhat in both camps, but leaning a bit more towards Comet's side. The best bit for me was the dig at Dame Doo Dah making the day her own if asked to sing at Hayley's wedding - I think there's more chance of Hayley asking me than that happening! Though I do wonder if we'll ever see a return of Hula-Hooping Hayley! -Taylor i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Hello folks! I must apologise to those of you on my side of the fence for giving the wrong time for the end of Hayley's interview. I've now corrected my previous post. Richard

I don't see why you decide for people whether they have the opportunity to hear an interview or not. Let them decide for themselves.
I will not be depriving the official forum members of any interviews. It's not Hayley's fault.

Don't worry. Whatever you think of it, Hayley seemed to be enjoying herself. Despite some of the attmpts to put her (and Jill) on the spot.

Well, I could again barely understand anything because of all the laughing, and again, the accent. The more enthusiastic they are, the harder it is for me to understand.

Libby I didn't get you, you don't see why who decides? XD Richard seems to have been basing whether he posts certain radio interviews on the HWI FB page on whether he likes them or not. However, I also decided not to post this on the forum, mostly because it didn't really offer anything new and informative, and it was a bit difficult to understand. Maybe not everybody would have this difficulty, but as I said, there was nothing new in the interview. Also, some of the other stories advertised on the website were completely inappropriate.

That is true Libby I think everything can go on the FB page, not that everybody is going to check it anyway, it's nice to see hayley busy Or we can wait for a couple of interviews to happen and say Hayley's been doing a few interviews, read about in HWI or something...XD But I liked this one, Hayley seemed to have fun, and I followed it just fine , like you said.

Whether or not an item is considered to be inappropriate for wider circulation will always be a matter of someone's personal opinion but the fact that it has its own thread here should allay anyone's fears that that we might start excessively censoring stuff, we won't, nothing has changed (our Facebook has always been selective in what we post). Incidentally, I'm collecting all the NZ interviews together and will put them all on a page on the main website soon - but first I have a certain technical issue to solve that's preventing me! The Edge podcast might get a health warning though. Cheers, Dave

Hello folks! The main reason I didn't post this podcast on our Facebook page is because Hayley's interview is only seven minutes in the middle of a rather poor quality hour. I'm perfectly happy for it to be extracted and included on our website together with the other New Zealand interviews, with a link to the new webpage on Facebook. I agree it needs a health warning though. Richard
